I ordered a Christmas gift on 12th December- I was then told a couple of days later that it would be delayed by 7-10 working days. I contacted to find out what the delay was- not to be given any reason and to be told there was potential it will arrive on time for Christmas- although not guaranteed. I did request for my shipping to be refunded, which it was- without issue. It is now 30th December and still nothing has arrived. I haven’t even had any updates- which I think is really poor customer service. I have sent 2 further enquiries, to get an idea of when I can expect the item but I still have not heard a thing. I don’t really mind the delay but the lack of communication is unacceptable. It’s such a shame because the store sells really lovely things. However, once I eventually receive the item- I will not be shopping again.
