So I placed an order for some mugs as a birthday present for my friend at the beginning of October and paid in full with a promise for delivery 3-5 days. I haven’t received the product and I have emailed 4 times receiving one reply saying been a delay with them getting stock in but would be sent soon! Still not arrived, would not deal with this company again ever, I am attempting one more email request to get delivery although it takes weeks for a reply:

Great item at a reasonable price. Bit of an issue with late delivery but the company kept in touch with its progress and it arrived safely and securely packaged.

This saga continues........ I am Still waiting for my order that was meant to be next day delivery 2 weeks ago. I have had 1 pathetic e mail response. No update, no nothing. This company is a joke. I am speaking to Shopify, Carharrt and Trading standards. Avoid buying from this company! I will continue to update this saga.

Awful support and they cannot fulfill orders! Ordered a hoodie on the 2nd October, with next day delivery. I later found out that this was to be delayed by 2 weeks. The hoodie still did not arrive and so I requested a cancellation and a full refund. Although they have cancelled my order, they have not refunded my money. The support is dreadful, it's a one-man band with 5-day response times.

Placed an order 10th October 2024 and still hadn’t received my order (7.11.2024) so had to cancel. Apparently items were out of stock and only found this out when I queried the status of order on the 24th October. Was told stock would be arriving soon but no date given. Cancelled the order today as this was for a bday (3.11.24) and couldn’t wait any longer and reordered them from another retailer

Ordered T Shirt on 23rd October and paid for next day delivery. I still have no T-Shirt (5th November) and no response to my numerous e-mails. They also have no telephone number! Very frustrating!

Ordered a Carharrt backpack for a 21st birthday present. I ordered it in advance of when i needed it according to their delivery times. It didn’t arrive in time so i needed up buying it from somewhere else. I cancelled the order on 3rd October and asked for a refund. After various email conversations i got an automated email saying i had received the refund. I didn’t actually receive until 4th November. I will not be buying from these again.

EXTREMELY POOR RESPONSE TIME FOR ANY ISSUES REFERENCING TO RETURNS. RETURNED MY PARCEL APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS AGO NOW AND THE ONLY CORRESPONDENCE I HAVE HAD IS FROM JACK SAYING THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOU PARCEL AND WHAT SIZE EXCHANGE WOULD YOU LIKE. THIS INFORMATION WAS ENCLOSED IN THE PARCEL LIKE DESCRIBED IN THEIR RETURNS POLICY. IT WAS LIKE DRAWING BLOOD OUT OF A STONE FOR THIS RESPONSE AND AM YET TO HERE ANYTHING BACK. SERIOUS IMPROVEMENTS NEED TO BE MADE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE SPEED OF RESPONSES. IT CANT HELP BUT MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL SCAMMED. I WILL BE CAREFUL OF THIS FACTOR IF YOU ARE THINKING OF ORDERING FROM THIS SITE.

Hi James, Thank you for your feedback. It looks like we received your reply last Thursday, two business days ago, requesting the size large. Since then 10 further support tickets have been opened, which delay the response time as they move you back to the start of the queue each time per the auto-response. Whenever possible, it's best to wait for a reply before following up as that way we can deal with your request promptly. Ordered my items 7 days ago and no update on dispatch or delivery. I've called and emailed the customer help several times with no replies. Can someone just tell me whats happening with my order. I want a refund or my items asap.

Returned trousers I bought and forgot to include my details in the parcel. Forwarded the tracking details to the company along with my order number so they could pair up the return and process my refund but said they couldn’t refund me, resulting in me having to create a dispute through my bank. Will not be using again.
