Terrible Service – Avoid!
Placed an order two weeks ago as a birthday gift, with delivery stated as 3-5 days. It still hasn’t arrived, and I’ve had zero updates. Customer service is completely unresponsive—no replies to emails, no updates on my order status. This is beyond frustrating. I’ll be escalating the issue further and won’t be ordering from them again. Avoid if you actually want your items to arrive!
