“I’ve been looking at Edwin selvedge jeans for a couple of months now and the ED 47 ones are selling for £120-£160. I saw these on HUH for £60 plus discount on first order! Couldn’t believe my eyes so secured a pair, they arrived in under 4 days and they’re perfect. Including postage I only paid £54! Outstanding saving!”

“Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Order placed 22/01 and as of 12/04 still not received and HUH still have my money. Promise after promise, but nothing, despite the item in question remaining on sale in the same size on the site. No offer of any discount or reimbursement. Will never use this site again. Diabolical.”

“I returned a coat costing £290 on the 8th January and despite numerous e-mails to HUH I have still not received the refund. I finally received an e-mail on the 7th March telling me that I would receive a refund between 3-10 working days and, despite a chasing e-mail on the 3rd April I still have not received a refund over 25 days since I was told that the refund had been processed. This is the worst Customer Service I have ever received and I would not recommend HUH Store to anyone!”

“Worst online shopping experience I’ve had. Item was delayed by 2.5 months, I requested a refund and bought the item elsewhere which I was told was processed then instead I was sent the item I no longer wanted. Interactions with customer service not helpful.”

“Please give me the refund. It was ridiculous that I ordered it on 5th Jan and delivery on 4th April finally, it was crazy late and don't release the refund amount between this period. The hoodies are winter, but now is summer. it is a crazy company process!! unacceptable.”

“Made 2 orders. Was told all the items I had ordered were delayed. I requested a refund for 1 piece which has never come. Still waiting for responses to email. This is clearly a scam. Don't not use. Next port of call for me is fraud department at credit card company on the hope they will reimburse me.”

Hi Steve, Thanks for your feedback. We are not a scam, we have been a reputable business for 14 years. If you speak to the chat assistant on the website it will help you resolve the issue, or put you through to our WhatsApp for someone to assist. A chargeback will take up to 90 days to resolve so it’s best for us to issue a refund. Many thanks HUH. Store

“Don't be fooled! Just read the reviews on Trustpilot and you'll notice a trend. It took me months to resolve my order dispute which I was assured was down to the supplier – I was offered a refund but I was initially happy to wait. When they stopped stocking the brand of product I ordered I questioned if I was ever going to see the product and asked for a refund. I was told a refund was coming and I would get confirmation, a month later and nothing. Multiple missed emails and only after I filed a formal complaint and raised the missing refund with my bank did I miraculously get my refund.”

“Literally the worst customer experience I have ever had with a clothing store. Placed the order on the 21st December, didn't even receive the package until the 3rd March. Sent straight back for a refund and still at the start of July haven't received this despite multiple chases they have just stopped replying to emails. I sent this tracked as I had a feeling they would try and fob me off from the delivery process and despite this the refund still hasn't been processed - do not order from this company.”
