Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Order placed 22/01 and as of 12/04 still not received and HUH still have my money. Promise after promise, but nothing, despite the item in question remaining on sale in the same size on the site. No offer of any discount or reimbursement. Will never use this site again. Diabolical.
