I will give customer service 8 out 10 the people I spoke too were lovely and issues resolved my criticism is that you need to up date your customers on where there purchase is on the process before delivery I felt like I wasn't kept in the loop and started to question if I'd been scared I wasn't thankfully and the settee was delivered a week late but can be expected this time of year the settee is lovely and very please with the eventual outcome”
“I'm impressed with the wardrobe I bought, I had a problem with the fact that there were no assembly instructions and that there were several broken up slats of wood in the box which i presumed to be part of the building materials for the wardrobe, also had a bit of difficulty getting on the Home Done web site and when finally found the phone number and called them I found the person on the line to be very helpful, explaining that the broken pieces of wood were packer pieces and nothing to do with the build of the wardrobe which we would have known had we had the instructions. She was further helpful in asking me to send an email giving me the email address to explain my problem which I did and received an answer to within the hour explaining about the packer pieces and sending me a full illustration of the manual which I then printed off, So we are now good to go,
It is a shame that I had to waste so much time in taking photos of the broken wood to send to you and that I had to waste further time making contact, I'm 76yrs old and not computer literate so having to go online as well as make phone calls I find very time consuming and arduous all due to an error made while packing my purchase, I except mistakes can be made especially when overworked and in a rush, but once aware of the problem you handled it promptly and efficiently, so thank you

“Overall this is a nice cabinet, feels solid when assembled, drawer runners are smooth and the door hinges have a sprung soft close action.
Downside, the assembly instructions are inadequate and diagrams are too small to decipher,very annoying !”
“ordered a TV stand, received it on time as well but only negative thing is, there was no screws or anything to hold this floating tv stand to the wall, i had to buy them separately which was bit frustrating for me but everything else was fine.”
“Ordered two Colorado 3 drawer bedside cabinets both look lovely and quality goo too. Also ordered a 4 drawer Colorado cabinet looked good whilst unpacking however one of the corners on the top was scrunched up no damage to the packaging so must have happened prior to that. Have reported fault within 24 hours of receipt spoke to a lovely helpful lady who guided me on how to complete The Replacement form which was completed yesterday so now waiting for response to resolve issue. Hopefully will be resolved shortly.”
