“Recommended to me and staff/van crews were superb, positive, responsive and sorted small glitches without fuss. They even showed me how to get it to work-see below. The brand bought (Beko) turned out fine eventually but the user's manual is useless and is wrong in places. A simple soul may think the start/pause key pauses the start, the manual says it cancels the programme, yet it has to be pressed to start the selected programme. Check on features before buying eg there doesn't seem to be a rinse only option. Beko need to issue instructions for specific models, not all of them; and get them translated into English by a human, not a computer.”

“We simply cannot fault Hanson Electrical. We ordered on the Saturday and the dryer was delivered on the Monday. Unfortunately there was an issue with it, (nothing to do with Hanson's) one call to Hanson and a replacement was organised, delivered and fitted for us by the Thursday! Cannot recommend them enough”

“This is just to express my thanks and appreciation for the great service provided by yourselves, and especially by the delivery drivers. “I rang Hansons on Monday 5 Sep 2022 to enquire about a new Smeg kettle as my kettle was leaking. I was told that the price was £140 but the gentleman from Hansons said that he would look on their records to see how long I had had the kettle but the computer terminals were all busy and that he he would ring me later. This he did and told me that the kettle was still under guarantee and that I should contact Smeg who would send me a replacement. This I did and I received my replacement kettle from Smeg on Wednesday 7 September 2022. This was excellent service both from Hansons and from Smeg.”

“As always, a really easy company to do business with. Although part of Euronics, Hanson always feels lime a local firm so glad I can keep local people in work. Excellent customer service, fast free delivery, no hassle installation and prices always beat the faceless bigger companies. We will be back again but not for a long time as everything you sell us seems to last years, last washing machine and condenser dryer lasted around 15 years. This time I purchased a washing machine on line as working away but no hassle at all, straight forward to use website but I also felt confident in knowing if I had an issue I could pop into the shop when back. Never had to return anything or ask for a refund. When I have visited the shop in the past, always found sales people to be straightforward, no nonsense and knowledgeable.”
