Recommended to me and staff/van crews were superb, positive, responsive and sorted small glitches without fuss. They even showed me how to get it to work-see below. The brand bought (Beko) turned out fine eventually but the user's manual is useless and is wrong in places. A simple soul may think the start/pause key pauses the start, the manual says it cancels the programme, yet it has to be pressed to start the selected programme. Check on features before buying eg there doesn't seem to be a rinse only option. Beko need to issue instructions for specific models, not all of them; and get them translated into English by a human, not a computer.
