“The cleaning of the soffits and facia's was fine, gutters cleaning okay. Not impressed with the dumping of waste from the gutters and I suspect our nieghbour's in our green bin, so heavy I couldn't move it , ended up having to dig out the silt, put it into buckets and take it to our local tip.”

“I booked to have gutters cleaned and also fascia boards cleaned. Unfortunately on the day the Gutter Pro representative Steve reported that his brush was broken so he would be unable to clean the fascia boards. If I had known this I would have re booked to enable both jobs to be completed. I asked as the gutter cleaning had been finished if he could come back and clean the fascia boards when his brush had been replaced. He indicated that he could do this next time he cleans the gutters. I really wanted both jobs to be done at the same time ideally. Pleasant and arrived on time. Tidied all away. Just unfortunate both jobs could not be done due to broken equipment.”

“Did excellent job of cleaning gutters out only thing was they put all the contents of the gutters in my brown garden waste bin which included small stones, the council will not empty the bin if they look inside and they left a lot of moss on my front garden.”

“We agreed the price to be £85, but when the cleaner came he refused to do the job at £85 and tried to walk away. In the end I had to pay £139 for him to proceed the promised job, which is 50%more, but he work was stisfactory. If you have to qute the job, you should come first to see the property before agreeing the price over the telephone. I thought it was not professional.”

“The gutters were cleaned in April, but we are not sure if they left debris for vegetation to grow. In 5 months, we see overgrowth even though the gutters were cleaned thoroughly on other sides.”

Hi, Thank you for your review. We always show customers the before and after pictures before they pay for the service. Unfortunately, moss from your roof can dislodge and fall into your gutter at any time and provide a great medium for plant growth. This year in particular has been exceptional for moss growth. It's been six months (5th April 2022) since we cleared and cleaned your gutters, and we do have some customers who need a six-monthly clear from us to keep their gutters in good order.

“Quick efficient and did the job of clearing the gutters - which weren't as bad as I thought they'd be. I would have rated the service 5 BUT, the top nozzle of the cleaning pipe got stuck in the final downpipe and it couldn't dislodged; he couldn't get his ladders up to the gutter because of the height of the house and limited access, so I was left with the nozzle stuck in the downpipe!! Luckily, I've got a tower so I can get up there to remove but it's hassle and it wasn't very satisfactory that I've had to resolve it. It needs an improved nozzle head for such potential 'sticking' situations.”

“Generally good but disappointed with being charged an additional £15 plus VAT for taking the moss & debris away. This should have been flagged in advance. If you buy white goods, you are made aware upfront of additional fees for (say) taking the old appliance away &/or taking packaging away.”

Hi Phil, Thanks for leaving a review, I agree that hidden costs leave customers disappointed and I'm sorry that the cost was more than you were expecting. Here's why this happened: We do not take the waste away, but leave it for the customer to deposit in their garden waste bin or compost. This is why we do not offer it as an option beforehand. I can't remember the last time we did this and we clear thousands of gutters every year. I understand in this case you would not permit the waste to be deposited in your bin which left us no option but to dust off our Waste Carriers Licence and pass on the cost of responsible disposal of the waste. I appreciate you pointing this out to us, and if we get enough demand, perhaps we'll start offering this as an add-on in the future.
