I booked to have gutters cleaned and also fascia boards cleaned. Unfortunately on the day the Gutter Pro representative Steve reported that his brush was broken so he would be unable to clean the fascia boards. If I had known this I would have re booked to enable both jobs to be completed. I asked as the gutter cleaning had been finished if he could come back and clean the fascia boards when his brush had been replaced. He indicated that he could do this next time he cleans the gutters. I really wanted both jobs to be done at the same time ideally. Pleasant and arrived on time. Tidied all away. Just unfortunate both jobs could not be done due to broken equipment.
