“COPY OF EMAIL SENT TO YOU: Dear Original Organics Ireland re Order #4000002089, I note that the product you sent me comes from the UK (SG4OPT), hence I was charged an extra 9.58 euro for customs.The word 'Ireland' in your bill head and web tag, 'Original Organics Ireland', is misleading and presents the appearance of being an Irish company or at least that distribution come from within Ireland; should be made clearer that the products are posted from the UK and are liable to held by customs until the duty is paid. Perhaps, I missed something but I purchased the product thinking it was being sent from within Ireland. Hopefully, you'll do something to rectify this for other customers. Regards, Edward Denniston”

“The ordering process was straightforward but as a problem with the delivery because the delivery driver put the parcel in one of my sheds and left no note that he had done so it wasn't until February 14 that we found the parcel there I don't know if that's done any harm to the worms I've just put them all into the wormery and we'll see if they managed to grow all right there should be”

“Arrived promptly. It feels very good quality and just what we had hoped for. I was delighted that they also included a drill bit which exactly fitted the screw heads - really thoughtful. The instructions were very clear for the assembly of the single unit, but my only criticism is that they weren’t so clear for the 3 part unit which I purchased, which left me creating my own solution as to the best way to assemble.”

“I ordered a large beehive type compost bin plus base. Both arrived promptly considering it was over Christmas. This was a much better buy than the two black self assembly bins that I now have to get rid of because they have no base and let displaced rats in to nest during local floods. The lids had slots that let the rain in, so the garden waste is now absolutely sodden and has to be removed at some cost. The design of my new bin from Original Organics should prevent any of this and compost with no vermin or soaking. All I need now is a man, a shovel and a trailer...🤔”
