“Product seems good, however the bar of soap only lasted me 4-5 washes didn’t last very long at all.”

“The products are nice and i would buy again, however only if the prices were lowered. Its very expensive for the average person considering what you receive. I couldn't afford to buy these products monthly if i wanted to and only got them through a deal with my mobile company, but they are nice.”

“A very quick delivery on products, packaging ideal. The only problem I had was all descriptions on boxes for use were extremely difficult to read. I had to google online for use.”

“The products of course, score 5/5. I used to pinch my partner's 😉 So decided to order my own. However it took 2 weeks for the one shampoo bar to arrive! With me having to chase it up. It wasn't a postal issue but a Gruum office one. The postage for this one item almost equalled the cost of the (sale) item. So understandably not happy, seeing that we're just counties away. Regarding the bottled products in general... Although the rectangular shaped bottles fit nicely in the bathroom, it can be hard to get all the product out. If they had sloping shoulders they could be upended to drain. Saves having to perform surgery with a knife/ scissors!”

“To be honest I've only bought from the firm when I've only had to pay P&P as a perk from having a railcard. I do find a lot of the prices quite steep for my budget ,so the offers I apply for are goid enough. One was for a face bar which is lovely but ,whether its my hard water,have found the shower bar doesn't lather up . I was pleased to see a 'softer' bottle had been made and hope thats across the board as previously they were extremely hard to squeeze out contents.”

“Lovely products but very messy in the bathroom. Threw them away as didn't like the slushy mess they leave in surfaces. Suggest the packaging includes a tray to keep them in to prevent this. Would be ideal for holidays”

“I ordered the Summer Bundle Scandinavian Spring through a money saving expert "just pay the shipping" deal. It contained... doft Roll-on Fragrance - Scandinavian Spring | 9ml - smells absolutley fantastic and something I would (ask someone else to) buy again (for me). the roll on is a great idea. i'd pretty much given up on a fragrances, as the splash-on or atomiser type always used too much and made my skin feel like it was burning. the roll-on allows more controlled application. SPF30 5* UVA Face Sunscreen | 50ml - haven't used this as we've not had factor 30 weather, let alone factor 50 yet this year. it'll be coming to the south of france with me in september though. såpa Body Bar – Orange & Grapefruit | 35g - also not used, as I can't wean myself of shower gel, sorry. smells nice though, will probably give it to my dad, as he likes to wash with soap. now for the tricky part. all this would have normally cost £30 (£26 for the products and £4 for the shipping), which is alot for someone who gets his toiletries (anti-perspirant & shower gel) from aldi. when you're paying less than £1 for an item, paying ten times that is a real shock to the system. that's a lot to pay for sustainability. still the roll-on is nice and going on my christmas list :-)”

“Previous experience good but on recent ordering I did not receive the free offer as per MSE I just received the Add on which was like a sample. Gave up with communications as was asked for same information on 3,occasions.”

“Got a sample pack. Face sun lotion is lovely. Stick perfume is not good.nvitually no smell and very dry. Mini soap is pleasant.”

“Love the concept and I like some of the products like sun cream but bought the under eye treatment and it brought me out in rash and really irritated my skin so be careful if you have a sensitive skin.”

“I bought the Vodafone special offer. the products seem good quality however the parcel took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Love the SPF20 lip conditioner, haven't tried the SPF30 face sunscreen yet. I find the packaging a little weird. I can see why the square bottle is easier to send in the post but not practical to use, especially hard plastic, most probably half of the product will be left in the bottle. There is a reason why sunscreen is normally sold in soft plastic tubes easy to squeeze. I advise you look into your packaging or there will be a lot of product waste.”

“Perhaps the size was due to the fact they were tester / freebie samples but we found getting the sun cream out of the small bottles very difficult and frustrating and if you were planning on selling those size creams, I would not be buying any - despite it being a handy size to have in a small pocket.”

“The foot / hand scrub is good and the candles smell nice. The diffusers, also smell nice in the bottle but unfortunately, aren’t strong enough to make the room smell and I only put them in a small bathroom”
