The products of course, score 5/5. I used to pinch my partner's 😉 So decided to order my own. However it took 2 weeks for the one shampoo bar to arrive! With me having to chase it up. It wasn't a postal issue but a Gruum office one. The postage for this one item almost equalled the cost of the (sale) item. So understandably not happy, seeing that we're just counties away. Regarding the bottled products in general... Although the rectangular shaped bottles fit nicely in the bathroom, it can be hard to get all the product out. If they had sloping shoulders they could be upended to drain. Saves having to perform surgery with a knife/ scissors!
