“Good service but wasn’t sure when it would arrive. Well packaged!”

We recently introduced a Royal Mail tracked 48hr service which means that once you get your email about the order being completed you can find the tracking number in your acount and find out when the delivery will be made.

I am so sorry that you haven't had your delivery. It appears that there was major disruption around the strike day on the 20th October. We will email you directly to resolve this issue.

“Ray writes about a multitude of subjects - most of which I at least have a degree or two of sympathy with, as they are all informative. He offers a wide variety of health related items for sale and I recently bought a cough medicine more as a guard against the coming winter ailments. I cannot give an opinion of its worth as if by magic my cough has disappeared. When I have used it I will write a further report.”

It gives free guidance and suggestions for remedies, and acts as a market place to buy non medical home remedies/supports by mail, usually with a months 'money back' trial. I find the letter (often) useful and have purchased effective products with a good service delivery.”

“I love the Good Life Letter but I have to express disappointment with the breathe-free salt inhaler. Basically, who is going to sit for 20 - or even 10 - minutes holding the applicator up one nostril while keeping the other nostril closed with the other hand? When I read that it was a new design I assumed that this difficulty had been overcome but as far as I could see it was the same as the one I bought about two years ago. I have not been able to ascertain the efficacity of the treatment, much as I should like to, because I have been unable to follow the instructions for long enough. 20 minutes is a very long time to hold everything in position and do nothing else (because you can’t even hold a book and turn the pages) and I defy anyone to do it. Sorry.”

Thank you so much for the feedback on using the Inhalo Salt Inhaler, we're sorry that you are finding it a struggle to use for the prescribed time. The recommendation on the pack is really for those with a respiratory condition that needs to be managed and contained, however, for day-to-day use we would suggest using it for three to five deep breaths each day. This will draw the salt deep into the lungs and help control common breathing conditions.

“In general I really approve of what you do! There are a couple of issues however: the Propargile I ordered from Carl over the phone on 9th August has not arrived; the email address: goodlifeletter@oxonpress.co.uk does not seem to work as I get an immediate not delivered notice. Also when I try and leave a message and phone number on your answerphone, there is a loud persistent noise which makes this impossible.”

We are sorry that your order hasn't been delivered and will send another pack out today, should the other one show up too please mark the pack as 'Return to Sender' and put back in the post. The email address is goodlife@oxonpress.co.uk which will certainly get to us. We are not sure why there is an issue with the phone on 01926 298221 as we receive 2-3 calls an hour on the number and get voicemails left also. We apologise for the issues you have faced and hope we can put this right with the replacement pack.

Having investigated further it appears that Royal Mail had attempted delivery but there was no-one home and the delivery needs to be rebooked by you directly with them, obviously we would be happy to help if we can.

“I have used the Good Life shop in the past and found it to be of good quality but not always good price. That said , I would asy the best purchase I've made was for Bug Soother spray. It really really does what it says ( and more) on the tin. Or bottle in this case! I do believe Ray investigates the products he sells and I certainly like his take on Big Pharma. I would always promote the Good Life shop because you do get an insight into the products Ray promotes.”

We always try to offer the very best natural remedies and supplements, but as a small operation we can't compete with the 'big' buyers and so we aren't always able to offer the very lowest price. However, we do believe that we offer real value for money for high quality products.

Thanks for the feedback about the Good Life Letter. We have had a few problems with deliveries in the recent past. These were initially due to COVID restrictions operating within the delivery mechanisms and companies. Over the last few weeks, the decision of the Royal Mail to close offices and depots due to the extreme heat also saw delays in deliveries. Under normal circumstances, our packages get delivered within 2 working days of ordering.

There have been some challenges in all of the delivery companies operating in the UK, initially as a result of COVID restrictions, but latterly as a result of the very hot weather which saw many companies close their offices - this included the Royal Mail where all of their sorting offices closed for several days. We use a Royal Mail 48-hour service and the majority of our packages do get delivered well within this timescale.
