In general I really approve of what you do! There are a couple of issues however: the Propargile I ordered from Carl over the phone on 9th August has not arrived; the email address: goodlifeletter@oxonpress.co.uk does not seem to work as I get an immediate not delivered notice. Also when I try and leave a message and phone number on your answerphone, there is a loud persistent noise which makes this impossible.
