“Very disappointing - as with everything online the pictures show the item and provide an expectation of size - however when I recieved this is turns out that this is a multi- tool designed for very small people - it is tiny - certainly not worth the ridiculous price that it cost me”

“I paid £9.99 for next day delivery on 14/12/22. The item did not arrive until 28/12/22. It was intended as a Christmas present. I emailed a complaint to Geber, who promised a reply within 2 days. I have still not heard anything. I appreciate that the problems were with their trusted courier but my contract for the item and its delivery was made with Geber. I should be refunded the cost of the next day delivery.”

“I recently bought a multi tool knife set from gerber and got it personalised with my dads name. When it came it was in a blister pack but it had already cut open been cut open and then sellotaped back up which I thought was pretty poor as it was a present for my dad. I later decided to put a complaint in, they eventually got back to me and after asking me to send pictures for proof of the poor packaging they rang me mainly saying that’s how they come when you get them personalised. I know they need to put the name on them but when u get a present for someone you don’t want it looking like a secondhand gift to be honest I will not be buying any personalised presents from them again would like to warn any others if they are purchasing as a gift not to bother as it looks very very poor!! Was not even offered any kind of compensation just a sorry!!”

“Freehander is an Appalling piece of kit. The freehander is terrible! The hook spike has a bent end so is useless. The cutting edges of the snips don’t marry up so there is a gap In the middle meaning it simply can’t cut thin line, in fact you can pull it through. Appalling piece of kit !!! Total waste of money!!”

“I have yet to receive my multi tool ordered nearly a month ago. I have made several attempts to find out where it is and the last communication i received they said they were going to find out and get back in touch.. that was almost 2 weeks ago!! shocking service and looks like once they get your money thats where the customer service stops!! Now their email address is not working....... shocking”
