At the moment very poor I am afraid , still not received item, despite APC sending confirmation of despatch. Time of work unable to contact local branch , no parcel tracking . Contacted the company Sixty something, who said it had been despatch but it hasn’t . Chance to win £100 you should just give me £100 for all the time wasted and inconvenience waiting for something that didn’t come

First correspondence I’ve had since placing my order and it’s for feedback! Would’ve expected a dispatch email or estimated delivery date email but had absolutely nothing! Have no idea when to expect my delivery!

The cover blows off the patio furniture with the slightest breeze. The draw string is so flimsy and useless to try and get any reduction other than on one side. I have to use gym weights to hold it down. Waste of money.

Horrendous customer service experience so far dealing with Gemma. May I suggest you actually take the time to read customers' emails, and answer their questions rather than fobbing them off with generic, unhelpful and ignorant responses. I ordered 2 covers, and immediately asked to cancel one of the orders, I was advised that the order cancellation request had been received and had been passed on. Never received a refund for it so chased it up. I was told I did recieved the order, even though I very clearly stated 5 times in various emails I had never received the cover and had asked for it to be cancelled. So I have now been charged for an item I have never recieved. Most of my questions and comments in the emails were ignored and the company is now in breach of the consumers right act. Will be taking it further.

Dreadful service and cowboy company. Will never use again. How they have a high review here is astonishing when considering my experience. Unfortunately cannot comment on the quality of the product as never received, despite taking the money from my account. Unhelpful customer service and "couldn't care less" attitude. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Website would not allow me to progress past payment verification screen. Phoned company and was advised to contact bank. Bank advised they were not stopping the payment and could see the transaction, but issue was with company. Phoned back company who didn't accept the issue, but advised they would place the order manually. Despite being a Thursday, I was told my order would not now be despatched until the following Monday to be delivered on Tuesday. I noted that I had received no order confirmation in any form and on Monday phoned to query this. I spoke with a member of staff who said she would manually send me through a copy of my receipt. Instead a received what appears to be a quote for goods, not a proof of purchase or receipt. I was advised that my goods were with the courier and would be delivered the following day. Tuesday past, as did Wednesday with no delivery of goods. 1 week after placing the order, I phone again to speak to a rude and unhelpful member of staff who advised me that my order hadn't been placed, despite the money being taken for the transaction a week previously and being told that my order had been despatched 4 days previously. The attitude from the member of staff I spoke with was appalling and could not care less about the level of service I had received. Needless to say, I am still waiting for my goods and I will not hold my breath in them ever turning up. Please spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the time and effort of having to deal with gardenfurniturecovers.com

Hi Ross, I am sorry you felt the need to review us. Your order was placed on Friday 6th August. Unfortunately, you missed the cut off point for next day delivery, therefore you order was due to be delivered to you on Tuesday. After your telephone conversation this morning, the assumption that we have not received your order to date is factually incorrect, As advised this morning, the system is auto generated, however the tracking details on your order were not showing any information, therefore we have dispatched a new order today for delivery to you tomorrow. If you have found our service to be unsatisfactory, we sincerely apologise as there was no intentions to cause upset.

I ordered what I thought was correct size judging by it clearly says for 4 to 6 seater and round table. It does not fit our 4 seater table. So no use to us

Disgraceful that they want to charge me £30 for delivery to Scotland... website says that non mainland would charge this but anywhere in Scotland is looking for this charge to be paid. Maybe they need to look at a map to see where Edinburgh, Perth and Aberdeen are..

These covers are NOT suitable all year round. They fade and perish within 12 months. They are not UV stable.

Asked to cancel an order before it was dispatched. GardenFurnitureCovers.com initially denied the order cancellation. Then after accepting the cancellation, they sent the product anyway. Terrible customer service and poor communication.

I ordered a table cover on 8th June and still have not received it. I have sent 2 emails which have been ignored and I have tried ringing but no answer. Have you gone out of business? Please could someone tell me what is going on?

Was sent the incorrect item and they would not send the correct item until my return had been received and processed by them. Once a courier was booked in to collect the wrong item I received i asked if they would send the item I ordered as it was their error and I needed the cover asap due to the bad weather. But no despite me explaining the situation several times they would not let me have the item I had correctly ordered and paid for until they receive the incorrect one back. I'm guessing this will take at least a week as its not being collected until Monday (4 days after notifying them? If it was my error then fair enough but it wasn't so I won't be ordering from them again.

Awful customer service, no communication or advice. Ordered a cover 7 days ago for next day delivery, still not turned up. Chased by phone twice as was informed it would be arriving today but didnt now being told by the end of the week. When I mentioned poor customer service I was promptly cut off.
