Horrendous customer service experience so far dealing with Gemma. May I suggest you actually take the time to read customers' emails, and answer their questions rather than fobbing them off with generic, unhelpful and ignorant responses. I ordered 2 covers, and immediately asked to cancel one of the orders, I was advised that the order cancellation request had been received and had been passed on. Never received a refund for it so chased it up. I was told I did recieved the order, even though I very clearly stated 5 times in various emails I had never received the cover and had asked for it to be cancelled. So I have now been charged for an item I have never recieved. Most of my questions and comments in the emails were ignored and the company is now in breach of the consumers right act. Will be taking it further.
