“I’ve learned recently how difficult it is to find the right size and shape cover so I was very relieved that the bistro set cover was correctly described and therefore easy to find and, hurrah!, fit perfectly. The quality is good as is the price so I now hope to find a suitable cover for my new Sun lounger 🤞”

“Wrong item delivered. Arranged replacement but shop will not send until wrong item is returned. At present waiting for delivery company for pick up of wrong item but have not been sent any tracking details. Emailed this morning for delivery info but no response received. Are they coming today? Not happy!”

“Ordered two garden furniture covers for two different items and of two different qualities. Both seem well priced for the quality. Have only just put them into use, so cannot comment on wear and tear etc. I would have awarded 5* but downgraded it due to poor communication during the ordering process. Received no notification when the delivery was delayed, I had to enquire... Then when delivery arrived it was for one item and neither of the ones I'd ordered. Emailed to advise and got no reply. So phoned and was told it was in hand. It was, but how am I to know that? Correct items duly arrived without notification, then later that day the wrong item was collected, both by Evri. It appears to me that you are all doing the right thing, but the customer doesn't know that, if you don't keep them in the loop! I accept that mistakes happen and it was corrected promptly without fuss. But bizarrely of all, the email request to make this review was the day after I placed the order.! It should go out when delivery made!”

“Fits very well to my cantilever parasol. Well shaped to accommodate curved support arm profile. Nice length, to fully cover adjustment handle and winder. Reasonable quality material. Time will tell on durability and UV resistance. Good value. Recommended.”

“Your delivery company APC delivered to wrong address, luckily this had happened before with another delivery driver from another company so person at wrong address brought item around to me. They went to 55 Archery Road not 55 Strongbow Road. Not even same postcode.”

“The ordered item arrived today and is as described and perfectly satisfactoy, thank you. However, following your confirmation of my order last Saturday, I received no further communication from you at all regarding either it's date of despatch or method of delivery. Consequently I had no means of knowing how or when it was likely to arrive and, inevitably, I was out when FedEx tried, unexpectedly, to deliver it. Fortunately they were able to leave it with my neighbour. I've had items delivered this week by Yodel and DPD both of whom notified me in advance by email when they were going to deliver, but regrettably no such information from FedEx was forthcoming. Perhaps, at least, notification of despatch and chosen method of delivery from you would be helpful, if not use of a courier who has better communication practices.”

“I happened upon Garden Furniture Covers whilst searching for a parasol cover. The prices were competitive, website easy to use.
