Ordered two garden furniture covers for two different items and of two different qualities. Both seem well priced for the quality. Have only just put them into use, so cannot comment on wear and tear etc. I would have awarded 5* but downgraded it due to poor communication during the ordering process. Received no notification when the delivery was delayed, I had to enquire... Then when delivery arrived it was for one item and neither of the ones I'd ordered. Emailed to advise and got no reply. So phoned and was told it was in hand. It was, but how am I to know that? Correct items duly arrived without notification, then later that day the wrong item was collected, both by Evri. It appears to me that you are all doing the right thing, but the customer doesn't know that, if you don't keep them in the loop! I accept that mistakes happen and it was corrected promptly without fuss. But bizarrely of all, the email request to make this review was the day after I placed the order.! It should go out when delivery made!
