A cover was received very quickly but unfortunately not the one that was ordered. Have tried to call several times and just got a recorded message and then cut off! Have emailed three times and no response!!!

Still waiting for my covers.. have not heard anything about delivery despite the 2 to 5 day delivery promise. Disappointing at the moment!.

I have not yet received the cover Once this arrives I will send you feed back Please advise when I am going to receive my cover as i have not had any notification as to when it will arrive

Super unimpressed with the cover I bought. It's faded, leaked and ripped all within the first year of ownership. Watermarks all over the furniture now. A premium price for a substandard product.

0/10. After 6-months is use the cover is so badly UV damaged that the material is weakened beyond use. No resolution from customer services yet.

all seemed to work well on the website but the delivery has let them down. It was due to be delivered yesterday and I stayed in all day but it was not delivered. I've received a text to say it would be delivered this morning but it's still not arrived. The tracking system for the company isn't working, they've not replied to my email and are not answering the phone. So I cannot give a positive review as a result.

Wrong covers delivered and having to wait until they are collected before my correct order is delivered. Very poor service.

The measurements advertised did not correspond to the actual size of the covers supplied , rendering them useless for the purpose.

Having placed my order on Friday morning I was expecting delivery on Saturday or Monday at the very latest. When I chased my order on Monday afternoon I was told my item was now out of stock until September. If I hadn't chased them I would not have known as no correspondence was sent to me. No goodwill gesture offered - just full refund if I don't want to wait that long. I will be looking elsewhere in future.

I can’t imagine this will make it to the website but if I can save someone else from wasting their money, I’ll give it a try. Do NOT buy furniture covers from here. It will be destroyed and full of holes after a few months of use and they will not enter into any discussion about the quality of their products when you request to return for refund. Buy elsewhere from better quality suppliers with better customer service.

I would love to give a positive review but the item has not arrived. For 3 days they promised delivery and today I was 51 and they were at 49 but then it reverted to 2, so no delivery again. I can't hang around waiting when they keep missing deliveries over 3 days. Not your fault but please ensure I have the item before asking for comments

The worst customer service I have experienced recently and still unresolved. Ordered a cover for my garden furniture, not realising there were 2 different qualities as this was not made clear when ordering. I realised straight away, so I ordered a correct one and immediately requested that my first order was cancelled. I received a response a couple of days later saying that my order had been dispatched and so I would need to refuse the delivery. As there were now 2 covers being delivered, I asked which one I would need to refuse. By the time I got the answer, the parcels had already been delivered. I then had to get back in touch to ask how to return the incorrect item. I was told that a courier would collect, which they did not. I have heard nothing since so I guess I will need to get in touch yet again to ask what happens now. You would think that someone would be over seeing the issue and updating me - I shouldn’t have to keep contacting, it’s just ridiculous. No apology either, which doesn’t cost a penny. Will not be using again or recommending to anyone.
