The worst customer service I have experienced recently and still unresolved. Ordered a cover for my garden furniture, not realising there were 2 different qualities as this was not made clear when ordering. I realised straight away, so I ordered a correct one and immediately requested that my first order was cancelled. I received a response a couple of days later saying that my order had been dispatched and so I would need to refuse the delivery. As there were now 2 covers being delivered, I asked which one I would need to refuse. By the time I got the answer, the parcels had already been delivered. I then had to get back in touch to ask how to return the incorrect item. I was told that a courier would collect, which they did not. I have heard nothing since so I guess I will need to get in touch yet again to ask what happens now. You would think that someone would be over seeing the issue and updating me - I shouldn’t have to keep contacting, it’s just ridiculous. No apology either, which doesn’t cost a penny. Will not be using again or recommending to anyone.
