“I have to admit I was a little nervous to make a large purchase like this over the Internet but never felt unsupported in the process . Through choosing the shape of the sofa bed, to calling to ask a technical question and looking at swatches of material. I have felt the entire process to be smooth and the sofa bed that arrived (on the date expected) has been perfect for sitting on. I am also informed it is good to sleep on too! I chose a sofa bed with storage and it can accommodate 4 pillows and a summer duvet in the arms. All of which help with storage and tidying away during the day. Overall I am delighted with the purchase.”

“I purchased the Play sofa bed, which is a perfect fit for my space limited media room and I'm actually finding it so comfortable that I've used it as my bedroom for the past month! The mechanism of folding it back into a supportively-shaped sofa and taking it out as a bed is really smooth. The colours I picked compliment the colour scheme of my room and the quality of the fabric is easy to clean and pleasant to the touch. My only qualm is that the furniture as an item piece is REALLY heavy, so makes it difficult to move it to a different room, if I ever I decide to. Perhaps if it had wheels, this would make it more possible?”

“Having downsized to a much smaller flat, we find the large storage space under the bed invaluable. It takes so much! Not only that the bed is comfortable to sleep in too. Altogether a great success.”

“Simply great. Our Max bed with Alto opening has been one of the best pieces of furniture we have ever bought. The service from talking us through the different options at the showroom in London to delivering and assembling the bed (including coming back to fit a part that had broken even though it didn't stop the bed from working and we couldn't see it) was outstanding. The bed is the perfect solution to our shortage of storage space and the ability to raise the bed makes making it easier. The only thing to watch out for is that the cat jumps straight in to snuggle down when I open it up and I don't always check she has left before putting the top down (no harm done so far).”

“Great quality sofa bed that genuinely is big, strong and comfortable enough to be a regular bed. "Strong" it really is - built to take over 200kg, I bought it to be safe to use with a heavily overweight regular house guest and it has been absolutely solid. In terms of service, the company is excellent - friendly, committed personal service from a small company who source their sofa bed frames from a high-level sofa bed frame supplier abroad and then build the sofa beds to order with a wide range of options as to design, fabric and finish. A visit to their showroom in NW London later and an interest-free credit deal clinched it - then followed up with reliable delivery and personal installation before Christmas to be able to receive guests over that holiday period clinched it. Glad I found them!”

“From my initial order enquiry right through to delivery, the service was outstanding and the team were always quick to respond to queries. David was happy to send out two sets of fabric samples also as I wasn't able to visit the showroom being based in Scotland. He also gave me the guidance on selecting the right sofabed, based on our requirements. What I needed was an additional kingsize bed for family visiting as I have a lot of visitors. Being a picky visitor myself, I wanted to make sure that whatever the solution, it guaranteed a very comfortable nights sleep for my guests. Furl had exactly what I was looking for and I didn't need to make my front lounge into a bedroom. It's now a bedroom when visitors come and remains a lovely lounge with an even lovelier sofabed in it for the majority of the time. I chose a kingsize sofabed and didn't scrimp on the mattress or the fabric. My visitors have all been surprised and very pleased at how comfortable they've been and love the new sofabed. An exceptionally well handcrafted sofabed, made in the UK, and delivered on time. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Furl.”

“We bought a classic sofa bed. It is exactly what we hoped for- the bed is very comfortable and the mechanism extremely easy to use. The sofa looks good and is comfortable. We were very keen to get a decent mattress as our most frequent visitors are my 80 year old in laws, one of who has back problems. Getting a sofa bed meant that our spare room is also extra living space and it works really well. Great service and good quality product. Very accommodating when we visited the workshop to check it all out. Thank you.”

“Don't be put off by the bad service from the sales women at the show room. It might arrive in 7weeks. The delivery man said it would loosen up in time. It appears a bit stiffer and both me and my wife have difficulty opening it out each night. Looks good though as a settee and good as a bed. Very comfortable and good for the interior look.”

“We have been very pleased with our bed. It is very stylish and of good quality. We purchased the Max in the king size as we wanted the biggest storage underneath and it has made a huge difference to space in the bedroom and ease of which to find an item in the storage area. Previously we had to crawl under the bed to pull boxes out and go through opening them all up to find something. These beds are expensive but it will last a long time and not fall to bits like cheaper versions.”

“We went to the showroom around 3 times before placing our final order for 3 beds. Overall Becca spent several hours with us helping to choose each bed and the different material and finishes. The fitting team were extremely professional and courteous and completed the 3 beds in a couple of hours . It's been around a month now and we are very pleased with the beds.”

“Really pleased with Furl and the product. Quality piece of furniture with excellent concealed storage. We were looking for an upholstered super king size bed base without an inbuilt headboard and found they were few and far between until we discovered this range”
