“We really like our FURL storage bed. Storage option is a great hidden benefit. Works well with a Tempurpedic - 27 Delux mattress 180 Super King. Much easier to have them set up the bed for you, too.”

“The whole experience and process of buying from FURL was second to none. I was amazed by their customer service throughout. The advice I was given was spot on and the delivery and installation was extremely easy the bed itself is by far the most comfiest I've had and it looks very stylish in my room. You vertically get what you paid for as its so well made. I'll never buy from anyone else other than FURL in the future.”

“The delivery person was very friendly and helpful. Bed put together quite quickly and is of very good quality. I love the material. It is easy to open and it holds a lot of my son's belongings whilst he is at university, and I want to use the room as a guest room. I will be ordering another one in the future.”

“We ordered a couple of blanket boxes. Furl were very responsive, and very flexible in building to our specifications. When one of the feet was damaged in shipping, they sent a new foot right away. Fantastic customer service and great products.”

“We thought long and hard about the product because it is expensive. However after visiting the factory near Nottingham and speaking to staff and seeing the materials at first hand we went ahead. We are very pleased we did so. The finished product - a 'Play' sofa bed in 'jade' is wonderful and everyone who has slept on it has commented how comfortable it is. The 'bed' is put together (swiftly) in your home to avoid any issues with access. Be aware that the metal construction is heavy - this is not a piece of furniture to move around on a daily basis. However it is perfect for our needs - a comfortable sofa and something that provides guests with a good night's sleep. Great to have a full length mattress as well. Definitely recommended.”

“In October 2015 I ordered a Plus model 160 cm wide, with the Memory flex 750 Mattress, specifying the details of headboard height and feet (integrated headboard raised above the skirting board height, and feet with rounded corners). The choice of fabrics was great and I found the one that fits in with our bedroom colour scheme perfectly. Thank you David, for being available to talk and explain any query I had. The bed was delivered 10 days ahead of schedule and assembled very quickly and professionally. The storage is huge, and the mattress just right – soft enough, but not so much that you sink in. First class service for a first class product! We sleep so much better on our new bed – our experience was a true discovery of choice, customer service, comfort and practicality. I have recommended your company to our friends who then bought a bed from Furl as well!”

“Extremely pleased with my new storage bed. Excellent service in fact the bed was ready for installation before I was. The lift up mechanism for the storage area is first class and provides me with an enormous amount of additional storage space which is always good. Bed is comfortable and fits in nicely within a small area which is all I had available in my new extension. Staff were welcoming and very helpful.”

“Initial disappointment when our installation date was cancelled without a phone call - I had been away on holiday when email with date came through. The lack of courtesy annoyed me at the time and having to wait another 10 days for bed. However installation went very well, guys really good and am super pleased with the bed. Really well made, solid and the storage is fantastic, price higher than of the shelf similar beds but having it custom made gives us maximum possible storage and I justified it as cheaper than fitted wardrobes or loft extension. If we do loft and require another bed I would definitely buy another from Furl.”

Had the beds delivered to the apartment in our absence and when we arrived they had been set up perfectly. “I am extremely happy with my purchase from FURL (sofa bed and bed). David was very helpful in assisting me with the designing of both products. My bed has a massive storage space underneath which is ideal when you have a studio flat. The mattress in the sofa bed is thicker than your average one and very comfortable (my house guests have confirmed this). My sofa bed has storage in the arms so again perfect for storage I do intend to go back and buy a foot stool. The whole process went smoothly, from the design to the delivery and I would highly recommend FURL as their products are good quality and perfect for storage!!!!”

“I'm so delighted with our bed. It's very comfortable , looks great and offers amazing storage. I particularly like the slender legs , giving it a floating appearance and belies the massive strength and storage. Our cat loves sleeping on it too. The delivery was very precise, the bed was assembled in our bedroom by very competent and professional men. Overall ,although expensive, a great product and worth every penny.”

“I have to admit I was a little nervous to make a large purchase like this over the Internet but never felt unsupported in the process . Through choosing the shape of the sofa bed, to calling to ask a technical question and looking at swatches of material. I have felt the entire process to be smooth and the sofa bed that arrived (on the date expected) has been perfect for sitting on. I am also informed it is good to sleep on too! I chose a sofa bed with storage and it can accommodate 4 pillows and a summer duvet in the arms. All of which help with storage and tidying away during the day. Overall I am delighted with the purchase.”

“I purchased the Play sofa bed, which is a perfect fit for my space limited media room and I'm actually finding it so comfortable that I've used it as my bedroom for the past month! The mechanism of folding it back into a supportively-shaped sofa and taking it out as a bed is really smooth. The colours I picked compliment the colour scheme of my room and the quality of the fabric is easy to clean and pleasant to the touch. My only qualm is that the furniture as an item piece is REALLY heavy, so makes it difficult to move it to a different room, if I ever I decide to. Perhaps if it had wheels, this would make it more possible?”
