“I would like to say that our fitter Tomas was a lovely chap, he took great pride in his work and he was very courteous, you couldn’t even tell he had been in the house as he tidied up afterwards and hoovered, thankyou Fraser James and thankyou Tomas xx”

“Excellent service from the guys at Fraser James Blinds. This was our second time using them, they are very prompt with their appointments, their blinds are very well made and the staff are polite and respectful of your home. Excellent all round. Zac’s workmanship is excellent. Thank you 😊”

“Great service from initial contact to fitting. We thought we knew what we wanted but Ian suggested another product which suited our needs exactly and price quoted was within our budget. Blinds were delivered within the timescales promised and expertly fitted by Lindsay who was friendly and worked in a clean and tidy manner. On completion he gave us a demonstration on how to use the remote with the blinds. Thank you Fraser James Blinds we are very happy and would recommend your company to others.”

“I got in touch with this company as I read reviews beforehand saying how pleased customers have been with their service. Their quote was better than I expected. They came out within a couple of days to measure up and was expecting my blind to be ready in 3 weeks, after about a week and half I was contacted saying it was ready.. Was really happy. We arranged a day for fitting and it was done within half an hour. Really fast and pleasent company to deal with, if I need anymore in the future I will definitely use this company again. Thank you Fraser James Blinds.”

“Your company was recommended to us by our son and so glad we used you. We love our shutters which have given the final touch to our newly decorated bedroom. We have also had them installed in our lounge. They look amazing and another lovely touch to our Victorian house. Our fitter was Tomas who did an amazing job. He was so professional and very pilot and even our cats loved him. He explained what he was doing and also went through the aftercare with us - excellent asset to your company. Thank you.”

“Well what can I say! Excellent service, clean and exceptional standard with attention to detail. After waiting 12 weeks for my shutters, which was the average lead time for most companies, Tomas today installed my shutters.. wow they are so classy and finish off the house! Tomas was a great guy, courteous, tidy and told me what he was doing and took the time to show me how to care for them post instillation. Highly recommend!”

“We recently had shutters fitted throughout most of our house by Fraser James Blinds, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Zac and Justin did an excellent job. They were professional, polite, and took the time to explain the aftercare clearly. The entire process was smooth, and the shutters look fantastic. Highly recommend their services!”

“Had a shutter fitted in the bathroom by Tomas last week. Took about 7 weeks for the shutter to be made but have to say really impressed. Fitter was neat and tidy. Highly recommend this company.”

“Tomas did a great job, the product (so far) is spot on, looks amazing and we've had lots of compliments. We are very pleased. No sales waffle, appointments were on time and on point and the fitter was very careful and mindful of our house. Our dog loved him too! It was a fair price for a good job.
