Good quality blinds but all the pelmets had scratches. Salesman was really arrogant and made us feel like we were wrong to complain. Poor installation, left mess which we had to clean up. Salesman that attended found very arrogant not very customer friendly. Would recommend the blinds but not the salesman and initial installation. Installation trainer fixed new pelmets and corrected wrongly measured blinds was much better.
