“Purchased tickets for MVMCP and in my haste, put the wrong email address for them to be sent to. I went straight on the Live Chat and as soon as it was picked up it was resolved. Also used a code and got £ off the tickets which is always a bonus.”

“Awful experience. Ordered actual tickets but got e tickets. They had our names on however the names on the tickets were different ro who they had been allocated to. We got questioned every time we visited the parks. Parking was supposed to be included for the seaworld tickets but again had to argue at the booth as the tickets didn't show parking.”

“Excellent pre-sale information and best deal found by Jenny. She is very knowledgeable and knew which deal was best for us. Found us a combo ticket that we weren’t aware of which offered unlimited dining. Smooth process when purchasing and great after sales service too. Would highly recommend.”

“We have always used FloridaTix for our attraction tickets but this year were very disappointed. We were promised actual tickets but were sent E-tickets for Disney which wasn't the agreement. The customer service was hopeless, didn't listen to me and then my complaint was answered by the same person! Won't be using FloridaTix again.”

“Tickets arrived promptly (after an intervening step of a mere confirmation email) and worked fine, albeit with another intervening step where a cast member had to allocate our ticket to a Disney plastic card after scanning the paper ticket from FloridaTix. This seems more like a step in Disney's process and does not reflect on FloridaTix, but it's something to bear in mind when thinking about arrival times to the parks. All-in-all, an excellent transaction and I would not hesitate to use FloridaTix again if their prices were as competitive in the future.”

“I paid a deposit for an order of attraction tickets in 2019 but because of covid the holiday was cancelled. FloridaTix held my deposit until 2022 when I placed a new order and then applied my original deposit. Once I had paid the full amount I had the tickets delivered in just 3 days.”

“The process of ordering 4 tickets for Universal Florida was simple and they arrived well ahead of time. However on trying to enter the parks we found that the names on the tickets were not the same as those registered with Universal. All 4 names had been mixed up and we spent a while at the gate trying to unpick what had happened before we could be allowed into the park.”

“We had a problem enetering Busch Gardens with the tickets. Called them and it was sorted within minutes. They also called back to ensure the tickets were ok. It was Busch Gdns issue. Would recommend them.”
