Dreadful experience. They sent a confirmation email initially saying that my tickets would follow. They then sent me an email which said that my tickets were enclosed. There was an attachment with what looked like a ticket and it had a reference number on it so I didn’t think anything more. I then checked again the day before I travelled and saw in small letters on the top of the ‘ticket’ attached “this is not your e ticket” I received no other emails so it appears they didn’t plan on sending me my actual ticket at all! I called the emergency line and after a lot of discussion, random emails saying my reservation had been cancelled (causing me even more panic!), I finally received my e ticket the day of the HHN event. Such a ridiculous amount of stress for no reason and I know of at least one other couple this happened to. They didn’t spot it in time though and were denied entry at the gate to Universal. A dreadful experience and I will never use Floridatix again!
