The delivery was spot on however I was slightly disappointed in the quality of the blooms and arrangement given the cost.

There's a lot to like about Floom, quality flowers, fast delivery, friendly staff ... but I had to dock a couple of stars because it wasn't at all obvious that the arrangement would arrive without a container. I've never ordered flowers that came without a vase, and given the pricing I expected it. I'm sure there's an element of pilot error involved, but I'm a reasonably intelligent person with experinece in UX design, and this should be improved.

My order (a birthday gift) was delivered to the wrong address and by the time it was resent to the correct one the birthday had passed. This was disappointing but the customer service was reasonably good.

Dear Floom, I used your flower delivery service twice. The first one was a success, good quality flowers delivered and received timely. My second experience was to same recipient on Valetine's Day of this year and, the delivery was very late. I put a notice asking delivery before 4:00 p.m. but, the actual delivery was at 7:30 p.m. The flowers were only received the next year from office of the gift recipient. You can ask for additional fees for short delivery notices but, you need to make the deliveries on time. Thank you.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend the day before S. Valentines. Flowers and delivery were fine, it's a shame that the romantic message I wrote wasn't delivered. Instead, the bunch came with a blank card

I was quite happy with the flowers as the recipient sent me a picture of it. However, i was disappointed with the service. Even though I had requested an earlier delivery as possible, it only arrived in the evening at close to end of your delivery day. I am very disappointed with this as it was the recipient’s special birthday and most of the day was gone for her to enjoy it. Luckily she received it before she went out for dinner and away for the weekend. I had ordered it 2 days ahead and contemplated whether to deliver one day ahead but then it is not on her birthday. Not very happy with the service is the answer.

The flowers were overpriced and did not match the overly glamorous descriptions and pictures. The product quality fell short of expectations based on how it was advertised.

Thanks for the opportunity of the next day delivery. It would be great to have a photo of a bouquet from the florist when it’s ready - given the flowers are replaced based on the season and the bouquet was quite different from the picture. Also, the bouquet was delivered to a neighbor, but there was no note about it. So we were confused and the addressee needed to look for the bouquet around, guessing where it can be.

Very cute flowers and reactiver customer service! The delivery was done after 7 pm although we specified it was for a business, but the team was very respondent and rescheduled it quickly. Appreciate it !

The quality of the flowers was amazing however the glass base we ordered with the flowers was omitted from the delivery. We were contacted by customer services lead and told her but nothing has happened since.

I ordered flowers for the hotel Reception. The courier didn't even call the person to inform him that the flowers were left for him, so the flowers have been standing uncollected for the second day.. I had to call and look for them myself.. Not a good experience...

Our partner florists do not typically call recipients unless there are issues at the time of delivery. As your order was for a hotel reception with instructions to "Leave at reception," the delivery was completed as per your specified instructions. In such cases, the duty of care transfers to the reception team upon their acceptance of the delivery for a guest at their establishment.

I ordered a same day bouquet. It was delivered on time however, the bouquet was not the same colours that were described. I ordered all whites/greens but it was delviered with whites and red.

Would of given higher review but I ordered a certain flower in a arraignment of flowers and they didn't put bird of paradise in it , which I was mainly ordering for that special flower as it was for my daughter in law for a special occasion ….
