I used your flower delivery service twice. The first one was a success, good quality flowers delivered and received timely. My second experience was to same recipient on Valetine's Day of this year and, the delivery was very late. I put a notice asking delivery before 4:00 p.m. but, the actual delivery was at 7:30 p.m. The flowers were only received the next year from office of the gift recipient. You can ask for additional fees for short delivery notices but, you need to make the deliveries on time. Thank you.
