The process of ordering was smooth, the car was delivered on time but got an automated email the next day post delivery car needs a service booking.

overall the service is good however we can do with less repetitive tasks (such as asking for my details to be reconfirmed when i am a returning customer). the car delivered was dirty and had more scratches (that were also noted by the delivery driver). somewhat surprised for such a new car although it was delivered to me with 1500 miles already logged in
