The courier DPD has not been able to deliver the parcel despite saying it would be arriving on Thursday 1 Aug and later on, Friday 2 Aug.

My Labrador didn’t like the salmon food. She normally eats everything as labradors do so it worries me that she wouldn’t eat it. So low rating for me.

My dog Daisy was an unwanted puppy, born in the street, homeless. Since living with me she has become a spoiled princess who only eats chicken breast and a few treats. She likes your treats so I was sure she would like your food. So far she would rather starve to death than eat either packs. She sniffs and walks away. I will keep on trying but as this is at the end of a vast array of wet and dry dog food I am not hopeful.

Totally let down by fish4dogs. Ordered in plenty of time so I wouldn't run out. Order didn't arrive. Customer Service knew order had not been dispatched but didn't bother to let me know. Would still be waiting if I had not contacted them. £3.99 delivery!!! Poor, poor customer service. Just hope no tummy upsets by being forced to try a new food.

I was very happy with fish4dogs until today when I was not given the 10% discount advertised, and when I wrote a review to explain this, it wasn't accepted and they asked for a second review. I must say this review is much more negative than the first which praised the product itself.

Just received salmon cookies which look delicious but they have too much packaging. A decorated pouch with a tag at the top for retail outlets would be much kinder to the environment and the box adds to the weight being lifted by the delivery man.

Terrible went to matalan to pick it up was not there and they said try curry’s and it was there but not notification from dpd very poor on there behalf

Difficult to rate this fairly am still waiting for my biscuits as DPD didn't leave them despite giving you a safe place to leave them and we were in!

Have put my 3 dogs on it but they are doing more poos not sure if it’s going to suit them ,how long should I give them to see ?

I have been feeding my dog Fish4dogs food and treats since she arrived and I am really disappointed in customer service, I ordered 24 tins of the wet food as it was last weeks special, there was no mention that these were damaged/ dented tins and they are not cheap, they arrived in a big box with courier tape around it, the box was too big and two bits of brown paper was all the packing inside, as the box was picked up the tins would have fallen around and hit each other, when I unpacked the tins 12 out of 24 were damaged/ dented, if it had been 1 or 2 I wouldn't have cared. I photographed the box and the damaged products and e-mailed customer service thinking they would be exchanged. I was rung later that afternoon to be told that they are fine damaged and I can feed them to my dog but they would tell the couriers that it was poor service, I was quite shocked, I said that it was due to poor packaging, so they said that they would tell the warehouse, and although they don't usually compensate for damages I could have a voucher for 10% off my next order. If I went into a shop and they were selling dented tins for half price I still wouldn't buy them, really shocked that a company that I have used for a long time (originally from a pet shop but then online) do not take responsibility for the condition of their products on delivery. Will be changing my dogfood suppliers. Shame as she was doing well on it.

As you haven't replied to my email about a possible problem with the superior adult complete small bite product that has made my dog poorly I feel that this is very poor customer service. We have used this product on several occasions with no problems until now which has caused my dog to have bad diarrhoea some acknowledgement would have been nice to show that you actually care about people's pets rather than ignoring your customers emails asking for help & advice. As a result I will not be buying from fish 4 dogs again.

My puppy has had bad direrrira she has always been alright but not this time I also fed my boy puppy a he has been very loose bowels

Not a great service, ordered food on 23/12/18 online and sale acknowledged for normal standard delivery, appreciate this is approaching Holiday season but still disapointed to find out order still not dispatched when I called on 28/12/18. Reasons given were 24th was a Holiday and then "didnt get around to doing any dispatches on 27th" Had to buy alternative and change puppy diet as we couldnt source product locally

I have still not recieved my order which was placed on the 23rd of November. It was the Callander which now defeats the object as it’s 1st of December and she doesn’t have a Callander to open.
