I have been feeding my dog Fish4dogs food and treats since she arrived and I am really disappointed in customer service, I ordered 24 tins of the wet food as it was last weeks special, there was no mention that these were damaged/ dented tins and they are not cheap, they arrived in a big box with courier tape around it, the box was too big and two bits of brown paper was all the packing inside, as the box was picked up the tins would have fallen around and hit each other, when I unpacked the tins 12 out of 24 were damaged/ dented, if it had been 1 or 2 I wouldn't have cared. I photographed the box and the damaged products and e-mailed customer service thinking they would be exchanged. I was rung later that afternoon to be told that they are fine damaged and I can feed them to my dog but they would tell the couriers that it was poor service, I was quite shocked, I said that it was due to poor packaging, so they said that they would tell the warehouse, and although they don't usually compensate for damages I could have a voucher for 10% off my next order. If I went into a shop and they were selling dented tins for half price I still wouldn't buy them, really shocked that a company that I have used for a long time (originally from a pet shop but then online) do not take responsibility for the condition of their products on delivery. Will be changing my dogfood suppliers. Shame as she was doing well on it.
