We had a planned event for which we got tickets and planend to drive almost 1.5 hrs from North texas to trinity forest to learn that the event was CANCELLED. This was due to the thunderstorm warning for our safety. The staff were courteous in processing refunds today and informing yesterday evening once we reached destination. can do better next time for communication on event changes/ updates. SORRY is not a word in business rather a complimentary something is a correction for event ownership.

Turned up to an event to find out it had been cancelled some time ago but Fever continued to sell tickets to it right up to the day of the event. After contacting them they tried to blame me, saying I turned up to the wrong venue, which I did not. Then tried to tell me tickets are non-refundable. That may the case in some instances but NOT when Fever are clearly at fault here. Still trying to get me and friends £90 back. I gave them 2 stars as a previous event with Fever went ok.

Have had a disappointing customer service experience with Fever. I booked an event that had a timed entry but was not aware. Reached out to Fever support and got a response timely (hence not 1 star) but the agent had to "escalate" the request. Basically came back to me and said the T&C's stand and wouldn't do anything. Good customer service would've been to see that there was still availability to arrive later in the day and allowed us to shift times if the price of the ticket was the same.

We went to the Nutcracker holiday concert at the Polo fields country club in Ann Arbor. Big mistake! We have been to three previous concerts in Birmingham and they were fantastic! Beautiful ambience, and good seating and overall run very well by the staff. Do not waste your time going to the polo country club in Ann Arbor. The seating is terrible, the ambience is just silly and we were seated in an area where we could hear people in the dining room, yelling and dishes clattering and we paid for the B- seating, which is quite nice in Birmingham. We could not see the musicians because we were seated off to the side. I will never attend one of these concerts again in Ann Arbor.

I asked twice for a phone contact number and was ignored twice The FAQ state that the app provides a contact number but this is in a irate I found it really difficult to communicate over emails to the team who not only were late to respond to me and therefore I had to pay full price for an event I am entitled to have a discounted rate on, but they refused to rectify the situation POST concert. I had another 4 events booked and the customer service was shocking. I was passed from advisor to advisor and it seemed like none of them were doing anything to offer me help. I had to repeat myself multiple times and had to fight for a refund to even be able to rebook my tickets with the proper code. They kept offering vouchers for the full amount instead which made no sense since I was entitled to a reduced rate for the events ?? Absolutely shocking communication and a reluctance to help or understand. Also, the Halloween special event I went to was disappointingly average and underwhelming not to mention the venue they used was not best equipped for accessibility. All over it was a negative experience

We have an outstanding issue but you have closed our call. You pre filled part of the online order form resulting in an error in our purchase

The support was first class. The App was abysmal. Making changes was painful and overly complicated as was transferring the tickets to my wifes phone. Very annoyed that the printed tickets in the Email were deemed not good enough.

Booked tickets for 5th August but venue closing 30 July. Very disappointed. We're quick to respond that full refund on my way but does not take away from the fact we were looking forward to seeing this and had booked coach tickets to venue.

The performance was fabulous but the candlelight experience simply did not exist. There were lots of candles which was great, but whilst some of the lights in the venue were extinguished, many were left on. Musically it was the same experience as seeing the performer in a hotel environment, which generally is at no cost, or less than the feverup ticket price. I was hoping for a magical experience given the promo photographs, but not to be.

When speaking to the customer service person it sounded like it may be possible to get a refund and then they sent an email quoting T&C's - why not just tell me on the chat you aren't able to do a refund than answer in such a way that it seems it may be possible.

Very disappointed about the help I'm getting regarding purchasing tickets for the Flamenco event. I'm being told to choose an experience but there is no option to do this.

Rebook fees- For an event 3 months down the road; the rebooking taxes are insane CAD45 booking fee for 5 tickets. No availability for desktop - The app goes only on cel phone and is confusing to use. Support - The help desk chat people are friendly but conversation drops superquick, doesn't leave us time to fix the problem, especially because we have to shuffle from the app screens where the problem is located and the help chat itself... it is very frustrating. I am not impressed and will not look into using it in the future.

I wanted to change the date of my ticket due to illness and this was immediately offered, which is great, however the only way to do this was to cancel ALL tickets associated with my booking which I couldn't do, as the people I was going with could still make the event, and couldnt change their dates. Surely there should be a way to cancel just part of a booking. Very disappointing- I can't go and I've lost the money! Definitely something to be aware of if you're booking tickets for more than just yourself!

Bought tickets to see Jocelyn Brown. Was not stated on fever app that she would not perform until 10.15 pm. We arrived at 5pm and experienced 5 DJ sets and was not aware of the timings. It was only when I went on the live chat with Anna from fever was we made aware of the line up and times, she had found the information on 360” Instagram page. As we are over 50 we had not signed up for a 5 hour rave lol and to have the main event occur for approx 25 mins was to say very disappointing. Wouldn’t attend such an event again as it was not what I had purchased or led to believe I was getting.

Pretty awful experience at stranger things Brooklyn event. They tell you to come early to just wait in lines, suffer through underwhelming actors to be dumped in an overpriced merch room. Beware

I went to a Candlelight concert and was very disappointed. There were 10 candles in St. James' so it looked nothing like the pictures in the ads. The music was okay but it was absolutely false advertising.

The show was brilliant but the after service was non existent. I paid an extra £10pp for the best view. The view we got was of the band behind pillars which is not what I paid for. When I complained I got offered a £5 credit. I declined this and it has now been 5 weeks and they have ignored my emails. So if you do chose to use them just bear in mind that their complained t service is appalling and don't bother paying for a better view as its a waste of money. Which is a shame as the show itself was brilliant, well of what I could see.

I am unable to transfer tickets to my friend unless she opens an account. I feel that is wrong, all u want is her information so you can sell it out and that is not righ. I should be able to send it to her without opening and acct. It is annoying and harassment to have to open and acct to receive tickets as gifts
