We had a planned event for which we got tickets and planend to drive almost 1.5 hrs from North texas to trinity forest to learn that the event was CANCELLED. This was due to the thunderstorm warning for our safety.
The staff were courteous in processing refunds today and informing yesterday evening once we reached destination. can do better next time for communication on event changes/ updates. SORRY is not a word in business rather a complimentary something is a correction for event ownership.
