“Really poor service. They cancelled my ticket for an event without reason with 10 days to go. Then went I went to re-book they had sold out of the "VIP" ticket which I had originally purchased. When re-booking, they only had standard tickets left. I used a voucher they gave me for my new standard ticket, but had to fight for a refund for the difference between the price of the original ticket I purchased and the new cheaper ticket. I would recommend people avoid Fever if possible. I've now lost out on the additional perks from the VIP ticket and had to deal with the stress of fighting for a refund due to their incompetency.”
“This company is terrible - avoid at all costs. I bought a ticket for an event in London and my car broke down that morning so I could
not attend and they would not allow me to change the date of my ticket as I did not give 48 hours notice! How was I supposed to in this situation? They just want more money and there is no legitimate reason that they could not offer a transfer and I have still not had a satisfactory explanation of why they have this policy - they lie and change their story all the time, first of all they say it is the organiser’s fault but then refuse to tell you who this is so you can’t complain to anyone then they say the T&C are that the tickets are non amendable which is not true! What is the real reason? Just seems like greed to me”
“My family was stuck in traffic due to a car accident and saw that we were going to miss the ticketed start time for our event so I researched their policy for rescheduling and submitted a request that complied to all stated requirements, before the start time on our tickets. Gustavo in customer service refused our request and would not honor the stated policies on their website which I cited. I explained that his position constituted deceptive and unfair business practices which is prohibited under the Consumer Protection Act, and he still refused to reschedule us for another available time on another date. We are now submitting a claim with the WA State Attorney General's Office and taking it to formal mediation. Such a waste of time and money. Find tickets elsewhere!!”
“I paid £70 for two tickets to an event in my local city. They cancelled the event and kept the money. I was offered the chance to pick a different event if I picked something within 60 days. Nothing else was of interest. So their business model whiffs of scam in my opinion and my direct experience. Avoid - too risky”
“Was sold expired tickets. And was so time consuming to get a refund. They just weren't excepting that it was an error on their part. Had it been not for my persistence I would not have received a refund. Terrible customer service at Zendesk.”
“Ordered my tickets and then the very next day there was a promotion. 15% off my ticket had I just not ordered it and waited 12 hours.
I enquired about a partial refund but they pointed out that their inflexible refund policy does not allow for even a partial refund.”
“Absolutely shocking customer service after they’re being no sound at an event on the night. took over a month to get a response from the customer services only need to be offered a £10 voucher. There is no way I would ever spend more money with this company.
Be careful ordering tickets from these as if anything is wrong on the night. Do not expect any information or communication from the shocking company.”
“I understand the terms and conditions. But only just noticed that I had booked 4 tickets at 2 different times and was unable to change the time on 3 of them.
So none of us are going, waste of money - you would think that dpace would have been found, tickets were not sold out so don't see a problem.”
“Fever waitlisted a purchased ticket, lied about said ticket being charged & went back on the promise of a VIP ticket and then also of refunding my money - even though I sent proof from bank.
They are unprofessional, incompetent people who ignore proof provided, and when you call them out on it, act like they will comply only to go back on their written word!
Because of this incident I cancelled other tickets I had purchased from them. At first they said they would refund those additional tickets and then refused. They finally refunded those after a week of complaints, but still refuse to refund the waitlisted ticket.
I lost two original tickets for the original show I wanted to see since the 3rd ticket had been waitlisted. I was willing to accept losing those tickets for 1 VIP ticket as they promised for another show, but they went back on their word.
So in short, I missed the show and I'm out $109 for the tickets they charged including the waitlisted ticket. They STILL claim it is not a charged expense, even having the proof from the bank. Don't bother using them. It's not worth losing your money.”
“This company is a scam! We purchased 2.30 pm ticket and they gave us 11.00am. When we try to call them and requested to. Hange this, they bluntly refused.
Be aware of them!!”
“Terrible website with no customer service . You make a mistake your on your own . I made a mistake when ordering tickets the first time I used the website and had no recourse to correct my tickets. I was told that not only would they not help me correct my tickets and that they would offer me a voucher not a refund. I wanted the tickets changed so a small problem went to a big one .
Good luck if anything goes wrong your stuck.”
“I was advised my query would be resolved within the hour by email. The only email I have received is this ‘review’.
There has been no help
To review!”
“I accidentally cancelled my ticket for Disney 100 Exhibition a voucher because of issues with my back, I asked an advisor called Franco for a refund.
He said he would ask his team, and then email me. 1min after our web chat, he sends me a generic company email, saying my issue has been resolved with a voucher. It’s obvious he didn’t look in to my issue to ask management. I will be making a complaint about this to Citizens Advice.”
“fever cancell thw copa cabana tuiece and the first time i gad notification but the second time nobody send any mail with the cancellation , still waiting for resolution my name is Nancy Villavicencio.”
“Two weeks have passed and I've heard nothing from Fever regarding a bottomless brunch that did not have my booking. It is completely outrageous I will be taking this matter further.”
“I purchased a ticket from Fever 21 days before the event date but could not attend because I had to go on a business trip. I asked if the ticket could be rescheduled for a later concert date but they would not do it. They are an inflexible and VERY greedy company that cares only for the bottom line. BEWARE! Do not purchase tickets unless nothing ever happens or changes in your life.”
