“yesterday I made a reservation to westminister abbey, I had a internet disconnection and everything gone. When I started to purchase the system changed the date from 16th of november to 11th. After I paid the money ı recognized the date and immediately called and mailed to them in less than half hour. They insisted on not to change the date eventhough I explained it was an accident. I did not want refound just to change the date.”
“The most deplorable company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. I could not redeem my tickets and they will not give my money back. By the way FEVER that’s called STEALING. disgusting. NEVER using this company again.
I AM STILL FIGHTING FOR MY MONEY OVER 3 months later.”
“Avoid purchasing tickets from Fever. They are selling tickets to fraudulent shows. In October, we bought tickets for the “Magical Moments” show and dinner in Porto. However, when we arrived, the venue was locked, and no one was there. We called the contact number listed on their website, but no one answered.
Since then, we’ve reached out to Fever multiple times requesting a refund. Each time, we received only automated replies stating they were “looking into the issue.” To date, no refund has been issued.
Be warned: Fever sells tickets to scam events, does not respond adequately to customer concerns, and has not refunded our money.”
“I am a member of the pittsburgh botanic garden and did not have the code to get my discount tickets for dazling nights. When I contacted fever, the discount price was not applied. They said they would cancel my tickets and give me a voucher to rebuy the tickets at the discount rate. Then they emailed me and said they could not help me at all.And I had to stick with the original tickets. No one at fever, nor the botanic garden cared to help. I will not be patronizing fever ever again. And I will be canceling my pittsburgh botanic garden membership.”
“Purchased tickets for a candlelight Halloween concert at a church in Ann Arbor Michigan for oct 30. There is no concert-scam. Spoke to a church member who is on their music committee. This advertised “concert” and others listed on their site are fraud.”

Noemi”
“Do not book through this company ever!!!
An absolutely horrendous company to deal with.
I was provided a voucher due to an IT issues. 6 months later I went to use the voucher and the code didn't work when I contacted them they told me that the voucher expired within 90 day.
I provided an email trial showing that I was never told there was such a short expiry date, But they continued to tell me there was nothing they could do.
Don't waste your money on such a poor customer service experience.”
“Please be sure and read the cancellation policy...because you can not cancel.
This company once they have your money that is it.
I will never use this company again. While they do give vouchers, some are just not usable if you cancel one in a group...they assume one lone person will want to go to the event by themselves.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”
“No telephone number at all and I read people can't get refunds unless you threaten them with legal action and them them they are illegally refusing. They don't mention pension concession discounts or companion cards etc either online. You can only call them once you've committed yourself with payment. Ruthless cold capitalists with no room for decent human service! The St Stephens church I contacted have no idea what events or arrangements they let the devil fever hire their place out for. Ponti9us Piilot much? Reputable companies are transparent with phone numbers before signing in blood. What's fevers ph number??? You may be nice people but without verifying is as bad as a country denying covid responsibility and it's ingredients whilst shipping off the nasry goods.”
“Fever has sold me tickets that I can't use and isn't giving me a refund. I bought a meal ticket via Fever, but when I called the restaurant to confirm my reservation, I was told that they weren't receiving walk-in customers only for that day. I immediately called the Fever customer center to address this problem but couldn't got any proper response until the ticket got expired. I kept on emailing & calling FEVER and eventually was told that they're gonna give me a refund. However, I'm not getting my money back even after a week. I don't understand why they are taking so long. I'm starting to percieve it as scam. Worst perchase ever.”
“Fever vouchers are misleading. People cannot use these vouchers for events outside of the candlelight events. So for cinema, restaurants etc you cannot use the voucher. If zero stars was a rating then I would give zero”
“I very disappointed and will never buy another ticket from Fever. Be careful if you press “Pay” and you forget the discount they offered you, if you go”back” to get back in you have to press “pay”again and now you’ve paid twice and they won’t return your money for a mistake they probably set up for people that can’t get in after paying unless they pay again. I alerted them on the spot. Still no cooperation. Only a message on my email that I didn’t notified them in the 24 hour time they gave me. I hope my $136.12 made you richer.”
“I bought VIP tickets 2 months in advance, they cancelled my tickets last minute without reason, and they gave me vouchers which are only valuable for the same event. The best were sold out already and I asked them for refund, they didn’t give me refund. They are fraud I will never ever buy tickets through them . Very unreliable and unprofessional.”
“I live one hour from the venue, but we allowed 2 hours trav time. Even so,we got stuck behind 2 accidents on the way. I had bought 6 premium tickets for my 13 year old granddaughter’s birthday and also for my son visiting from Texas. We arrived at the front door at exactly2 minutes after seven and were locked out. In response to my request for some sort of compensation, I received, what I am sure is their standard generated answer, that they would not compensate me period. Cold, insensitive and rude.”
“Worst company to work for. If you can avoid it at all costs, do it. The training is the absolute worst I have ever encountered, they tell you it's 3 weeks of training, lies!, they rush train you for a week and then put you to work, unsure of what needs to be done, they expect you to do the amount of calls/chats/emails as someone thats been in the company for years. It is insanity, they dont like you asking questions, and when you do and it is something they do not like, they ignore you, do not answer you at all, and im talking about HR, your Team Leader etc. All paperwork you sign is in their system (unless you are savvy enough to make copies and safe keep them, you are SOL when you are fired, because they lock you out of EVERYTHING before they tell you youre fired, even the 2 free candlelight tickets (that are rightfully yours) they give you as a "bonus" for getting hired, thats also in their system, with the company's email, so if you didnt use it, you wont get it, the weekly bonus its a joke, you will never ever ever get it, NEVER. They Pay the 27th of each month, and if you got fired before(lets say) the 27th, they ask you to refund the remaining days of the month that you got paid for, when you are salary and have sick days accumulated (which they try to not pay them out) Its a petty company and they have a huge revolving door, no one stays. They only tell you..."you are not a good fit for the company" fire you on the spot without any other explanation. Its a waste of time people.... stay away...unless you want to get treated horrible, stay away.”
“I recently attended an event hosted by Fever, and I have to say that my experience was nothing short of disappointing due to blatant false advertising regarding the seating arrangements.
I paid for front-row Zone A tickets, expecting to be seated close to the stage as promised. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find that my seats were at the very back of the venue, against the wall! Despite paying a premium price, I was given seats that were nowhere near what was advertised.
To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, they tried to brush it off by claiming that Zone A seating wraps around the stage. But this explanation doesn’t hold up when you’re seated as far away from the stage as possible. It’s clear that Fever over-promises and under-delivers on their seating arrangements, and their customer service response was dismissive at best.
This experience felt like a bait and switch, and I wouldn’t trust Fever with any future events. They clearly don’t care about delivering what they promise, and their disregard for customer satisfaction is evident. Save your money and avoid the disappointment—Fever is not worth it.”
“Fever is the absolute worst company to buy any tickets from. I purchased tickets to a Taylor Swift Candlelight Concert in Charleston, SC which experienced a monsoon of a storm the night of the concert, venue and parking lot were flooded, people running to their cars for cover and they wouldn’t give me a refund or replacement tickets for another Candlelight Concert. They simply said NO! Do not purchase anything from them. Go to Ticketmaster! Or anywhere else!”
“Fever needs to be understanding of their terrible user platform when purchasing tickets. I did not select a general admission ticket and it automatically populated. When I went to the event, they told me fever would refund me no problem. Now fever tells me that can’t refund me even though I was told they could. I tried to contact fever before the event when I realized the error (purchasing one additional ticket to what I needed) but lo and behold, there’s nowhere to contact them on their website. When we went to the event the manager there told me “no problem. It happens all the time. Fever will refund you with no issues”. As in, their system automatically populates extra tickets all the time. I’ll never use fever for anything ever again. Their customer service is awful.”
