I live one hour from the venue, but we allowed 2 hours trav time. Even so,we got stuck behind 2 accidents on the way. I had bought 6 premium tickets for my 13 year old granddaughter’s birthday and also for my son visiting from Texas. We arrived at the front door at exactly2 minutes after seven and were locked out. In response to my request for some sort of compensation, I received, what I am sure is their standard generated answer, that they would not compensate me period. Cold, insensitive and rude.
