It's very strange rules there in this entertainment ticket platform. The tickets cannot be returned even it's more then a month left before the arrangement. I do recommend to find more flexible app to buy the tickets. Have had a bad experience with the Fever. I will definetely use it again.

They wouldn't return my money when I accidentally reserved a second table for a restaurant even though the restaurant said Fever would. They also would NOT let me use that money to book for another day. Unhelpful and honestly robbery.

So I reviewed a recent experience explaining that despite my being disabled and evidencing this I was made to wait outside a venue for almost half an hour because myself and my daughter had arrived minutes after the start of a performance I’d purchased tickets to see. Then to be told categorically and with some arrogance that we would not be given entry and to take it up with the ticket provider. I have emailed and live chatted, both shutting down any option of any solution, the response to my review was met with contact us yet this company have absolutely no intention of offering any form of solution - they take your money and you can go sing if you think they are going to refund or transfer tickets as a solution option!!! Out of pocket to the tune of £109.50 to be exact and can honestly say minus zero as a rating would be mine! Joke of a company, have it it’ll be the last from me!!!! And I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchasing from your company if you have the tickets away!!

1. I lost my bag there with all my cards and keys. I'm not allowed to go through it to look for it. Not even with accompaniment. I could pay for a new ticket and then I can go through again. 2. If you want Corona, you should go there. The groups are too large and there is no ventilation. 3. Overall, it's cheaply made. It's not worth it. There are no deeper facts or insights. 2. Wer Corona will sollte dahin gehen. Die Gruppen sind zu groß und es gibt keine Belüftung. 3. Insgesamt ist es billig gemacht. Es lohnt sich nicht. Es gibt keine tiefergehenden Fakten oder Erkenntnisse. Ganz billig halt…

I booked tickets for Titanic Museum in Chicago 3/24 and paid $134 for 4 tickets. There was no availability for Saturday or Sunday and when I contacted Fever they said it sucks to be me and I will not be getting a refund. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and suggest you do the same if you share my experience with this scam company.

I purchased two tickets to the Candlelight tribute to Coldplay experience. I am disabled (which they could not give two hoots about nor consider accommodating) and for a number of reasons including mobility restrictions I arrived 10 minutes past the event start time, I was refused entry, then made to wait almost 30 minutes for the staff to come along basically mob handed to deliver the news, with some attitude and arrogance, that we would not be given entry under any circumstances. I explained my circumstances and showed them my badges, the woman rolled her eyes. There were a number of other people that had arrived a little after us also, only minutes, they were extended the same treatment. They told us to contact the event organisers, which I did, and to be honest I was shocked at the utter disregard - this company and their staff do not give a monkeys once they’ve got your money! ..and so despite not being able to comment on the event itself, because I wasn’t extended the courtesy of being allowed in to see it, I do know that I will not be purchasing any more tickets from them and would not recommend them to anyone. I also would give 0 stars if I could as I am currently £109 out of pocket, along with the cost of fuel, parking and time - and having also purchased tickets to another of their events in a couple of weeks time and having read the shocking reviews on it I am a very unhappy customer!!!!!

Do not use! Seriously seriously disappointed with Fever. We went to the candlelight Hans Zimmer concert in London in February and the entire experience was awful.. When buying tickets for the event, at checkout we were able to chose our seats - and we chose row A seats (61A and 62A). Upon arrival it is a MESS!!! everyone is stood around for ages as they have decided to scrap the assigned seating without telling anyone?!? How ridiculous and with no explanation or accountability. So we end up sitting SEPERATED from eachother at the complete back of the room in different corners. How can they justify letting customers chose and pay for assigned seats then just remove that without communication to us?! And this happened to so many people that night. Following this I emailed straight away and it took them 2-3 weeks to finally come back to me with an answer after ignoring my follow up emails!! A refund would have been such a simple solution to this problem and to honour their customers but NO they ignore you, and offer a small voucher.. as if I’m EVER going to use them again. Embarrassing customer service and shameful company who don’t take accountability for their mess up.

Event didn't exist. on arrival with my 87 year old mother, we were told this happens often. Church is holding mass and there's queues of people outside to attend the "so called candlelight event". Don't get scammedlike I did.

Charged for a £30 ticket I never wanted, nor received. Was viewing their site - a blip took me to a venue I didn't want. I didn't complete a purchase. A genuine purchase by me days later came with copious emails and an email from payment agency to say I had completed a purchase. I asked Fever to show me 'the email of alleged purchase' and they couldn't. Had it quoted at me that they don't do refunds - but you have to purchase something for that to be relkevant.

They will not reschedule your event or refund your money even if you have Covid. I will never purchase tickets for any event through fever and will make sure everyone in my circle does the same.

Poor response from customer service to a enquiry that could have been resolved easily. The venue and the staff at venue were great, friendly and polite.

I followed the procedure to redeem some gift vouchers. It said to use the app which I did. The app then processed the application and charged me. I contacted customer services, they have a strict no refunds policy. I have tried to appeal and through Paypal but this is legal so they are keeping my money

Tried to spend 2 valid gift vouchers but the website wouldn’t take 2 vouchers in 1 transaction. Customer service were not prepared to credit the vouchers or accept them as payment and refused to assist further. Would have been better not buying the vouchers. Very very poor customer service.

If I could give them zero starts I would. Horrible customer service. They do not resolve issues. I arrived late a concert that I bought through their app. I was not let in the concert because I was a few minutes late which I found out later because it was not mentioned clearly in the tickets. I drove 1hr to get there and was not let in. And the guy at the door gave me a barcode to contact the customer service to get a refund but when I contacted them, they did not resolve the issue and I was told I’m not getting any refund and they did not even respond and closed the conversation. Will never use their app anymore.

DONT BUY A GIFT CARD! Very disappointed with the business model of buying gift cards from Fever - when you buy a gift card they cost full price, which isn’t a problem. But when you use the gift card to book an event you can’t use any other promotional code that Fever offer at that time so recently - I bought my wife a £60 gift card - she purchased 2 concert tickets for £70 (I had to pay another £10) had I not bought the gift card we would have been able to avail of the 20% discount on the fever site meaning the tickets would have cost £56 a massive saving of £14 ! I contacted Fever who didn’t help at all - do better guys - at least tell people that purchasing your gift cards in all likelihood will disadvantage the user!
