“The customer support was friendly to deal with when the first item I ordered did not fit. Based on their sizing suggestions, I ordered a second jersey. I actually went down one size from what they recommended, and it was still large. I think maybe the line of products is not for someone who is used to wearing cycling clothing. It was just too baggy for my liking.”
“3/4 padded leggings are extremely disappointing as the padding is sorely lacking. I bought the expensive item in the hope that it would be great and help on long rides but unfortunately it has been a useless piece of gear for which I had to pay postage and would have had to pay again to send back. I bought some padded shorts in my local bike shop without any cost and much better padding. All in all a very disappointing experience which I will not repeat.”
I'm really sorry you didn't like these, it seems strange the padding wasn't right as we have really good feedback for these leggings! It is usually better to reach out to us on customer service as we can always help and give advice on comfort/ fit issues.

My only comment is that i wish the pading on the shorts was a bit thicker. I'm a big lass (shocker!) and that squichy foam conmpresses really quickly once I'm in the saddle.
Also, a wider range of bib shorts would be nice, the current range looks like a Victorian swimming costume.
The womens range could do with some really snazzy block colour cycling tops as well, sinmilar to the mens range. The maroon and orange tops are gorgeous.”

“Hi, I love your stuff but was a bit disappointed with the MTB shorts, they were not very good on the length. Would have preffered longer & they ride up so bulky in the crutch after a few miles.
The waist fit, quality & m,aterials are great so a bit disappointed tbh”
