The customer support was friendly to deal with when the first item I ordered did not fit. Based on their sizing suggestions, I ordered a second jersey. I actually went down one size from what they recommended, and it was still large. I think maybe the line of products is not for someone who is used to wearing cycling clothing. It was just too baggy for my liking.
