Great bag, lovely soft leather. Bit disappointed with engraved tag and the vost ofcthis.Thought this was going to be a luggage tag as shown on Web site but was just a small square of leather, attached with a link chain. Nothing like the picture on Web site. More like a promotional tag for the company. Hence 3 stars. Delivery was quick and safe.

Not the best experience.... ordered an item online, and to be engraved. Arrived the next day, not engraved and the item was not the same as the picture online. Ordered another item as a replacement, as I needed quickly, without waiting for a return and refund etc. New item arrived next day, and was correct. So, I started the return process for the wrong item, have sent the item back using their tracked Royal Mail service a week ago, and heard nothing. Chased for an update on my refund and I keep being told to provide the RM tracking number, which I don't have. Clearly they have the tracking number as they generated the returns label from their system and emailed me the dynamic link to generate the label to print (hence I can't now re-generate the label to get the tracking number). Basically, they can't confirm if they have my return, and won't refund without me proving they have it. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them again.

Regarding your return, while we provide return labels via Royal Mail, they are generated through their platform, which means we don’t have access to the tracking details. This is why we kindly ask for proof of postage. Providing this helps us issue your refund much faster—typically within a few days—rather than waiting the standard two weeks due to the Christmas backlog in returns. We can only process refunds once we confirm that the item is on its way back to us. Without proof of postage, there’s a risk the item may not be returned, which could delay or prevent your refund, as explained on the email from our customer service team. If you have posted the item back to us, then you will of course receive a full refund. We have only asked for you to provide the proof of postage so that we can process the refund faster for you, without it, it can take up to 2 weeks to be processed due to the high volume of returns. I was looking for something personal for my brother’s 60th birthday. He loved cycling. I found this Dartington glass tumbler with cyclists on and it could be engraved. Love it and he will to. Great communication. Quick delivery and very well packed. Fully recommend. Thank you

Hopefully good products - we won't know until the recipients open them at Christmas. Poor process on the website for ordering. Very confusing on billing and delivery addresses which ended with them being partially transposed which I had to intervene when the confirmation emails were sent. I didn't dare risk trying to put two gifts with different delivery addresses in the same basket to claim the discount offered so did them one at a time and still had hassle. I tried to order the posh packaging for both but gave up in the edn on the second one. In the event both packages were delayed in the delivery process with one being routed to an incorrect distribution centre. Uninsrpiring at best.

Your parcels were dispatched on 3rd December and arrived on 10th December, within the expected timeframe. Regarding the billing and delivery addresses, our checkout process includes a clear tick box if you wish to separate these details. We appreciate you contacting us to amend your information, and we were able to adjust this promptly before dispatch. As for placing two separate orders to different delivery addresses, this approach was correct given that our system only applies one delivery address per basket. We understand that this may have added extra steps for you. Lastly, we regret that one package encountered a delay at a distribution centre, as this is rare and typically outside our immediate control once dispatched. I must commend this business's customer service. I wanted to buy my nephew who lives in Dublin a present, but ordered it through the UK portal. In the event the delivery failed and it was returned to F & T's depot back in the UK. I was advised there would be a further fee for redelivery, but that my nephew would have to pay local tax post Brexit upon the item. Customer Service invited me to cancel the original order and to order again through their Irish portal. They duly refunded me plus the difference in price between the two portals being about ÂŁ30 which was over and above what I expected.

Brilliant company. I had to send back the item I ordered (nothing wrong with the product - it clearly is great quality but I had measured the space I needed it for wrong!). After sending it back, I realised I’d accidentally left a gift voucher intended as a Christmas gift in the box. I emailed the company to explain my mistake and asked if they could keep an eye out for it. Yesterday, I got a call from the company telling me they had my gift voucher and they would post it back to me. What fantastic service!! I think it’s rare to find a company so helpful and honest.. I think most would have said they didn’t have it. Very thankful and would highly recommend (for their products and customer service!) Thank you
