This is my second time buying from Farrar & Tanner. The first item was great, hence my decision to repurchase the item as another gift.
Instead, my item was returned without my permission, and now has delayed contact with the supplier. It is a gift which is now delayed, with no refund or extra value for an error I never made. I still am yet to have any idea on whether I get the item or at least the decency of a refund.
