I have an issue with one of the products I recently purchased. Have e-mailed FTF three times but not received any acknowledgement or response. Yet they chase me to review them? Very poor customer service. I won't be using them again

We can see your order was placed on the 4th of April and was sent out the same day. Standard shipping of 2-5 working days was chosen and your parcel was delivered on the 7th of April, which was the 1st working day as we don't count the weekend. Kind regards, Face the Future

I never received my parcel. I was told it was delivered but when I went to the pick up point, it was never delivered. I checked each day and was told the same thing. Now I’m told my parcel is being returned and I’m just waiting for my refund as I never got my parcel so it’s only right that I get a refund. I’m sure the company is good but their delivery partner service has been a let down

With Inpost you do need to collect from wherever you have choose as your collection point, or choose the option of Royal Mail at delivery page to have it delivered to your address. Been a customer for about 15 years, started purchasing items via top cash back, once was declined and the second time didn’t appear on my account until I raised a complaint, purchase skinceutical products and a month after there was an offer on, contacted the company and they just said said that’s just how it is, I spend over £300 a time and don’t feel like there is any appreciation of my loyalty so I am going to start shopping around

Honestly, I thought it was a waste of money! I certainly don't need a scalp treatment for dandruff never mind 2 & I have no idea what the point is in giving anymore such a small dose of collagen & skin supplements as it takes months for them to have any effect. Infact out of the box the only thing I'll actually use is the sunscreen. My lesson was definitely learnt.

How can it be possible for you to send me feedback on your products, if my package did not arrive for me it is lost and this store FACE THE FUTURE does not want to take responsibility for the loss of the package and I have to wait more than a month for an uncertain response, unfair to the customer because to this day I do not have my products, my money is lost, the worst option I chose was to bet on you!

I received expired items with my order, that were manufactured 3 years ago!!! Some (expencive) items came without outer cardboard. When I asked castomer support about it I had no response. Higly doubt I'll use FF again, and have huge concerns about what I've been buying from them for the last 3 years...

My order has not arrived. Customer services stated it will be reviewed in 10 days and that’s it. Disappointed as placed multiple orders and first issue, seem to have been ignored and left with out my paid for skin care products.
