Been a customer for about 15 years, started purchasing items via top cash back, once was declined and the second time didn’t appear on my account until I raised a complaint, purchase skinceutical products and a month after there was an offer on, contacted the company and they just said said that’s just how it is, I spend over £300 a time and don’t feel like there is any appreciation of my loyalty so I am going to start shopping around
