“Excellent quality, very realistic. Spend some time arranging the palm leaves - I had two goes so far - each time it's got better. A lovely addition to my lounge.”

“The window boxes we ordered were faulty in that the foam had expanded over the top of the boxes. However, Evergreen Direct were contacted, they were most apologetic and offered either to replace them or, if I could remedy the problem myself, offered cash compensation (which I accepted). In other words, notwithstanding the original problem which is unlikely to happen again, the after sales service received was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend this company.”

“Got 3 beautiful extra large artificial hanging baskets that most customers couldn’t tell they were artificial. And those that know there plants are amazed how good they look. I’m not surprised that they sell out as quick as they do. I will be buying at least 6 more. Once ordered they arrived within a couple of days as promised and the link to the courier delivery time was on point to the minute. So I didn’t have to wait around for them. Great customer service. Thank you.”
