The window boxes we ordered were faulty in that the foam had expanded over the top of the boxes. However, Evergreen Direct were contacted, they were most apologetic and offered either to replace them or, if I could remedy the problem myself, offered cash compensation (which I accepted). In other words, notwithstanding the original problem which is unlikely to happen again, the after sales service received was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend this company.
