“Shrubs pretty good, fairly lifelike. Only criticism would be that they were a little bit smaller than they appear in the picture, which shows foilage pretty much right the way down to the ground (soil in the pot). Despite that though, fairly pleased with the purchase. Much better than my old dying real ones.”

“Bought a few artificial grasses and a succulent. They arrived promptly and look pretty realistic from a distance. I put some 'grass' to accompany an old 'plant' in a hanging basket outdoors and it looks lovely.”

“I ordered faux Nemanthus plant & Fern bush. Although I am happy with the whole lot but I prefer the Nemanthus plant. The Fern is very thin & short, you need 4 or 5 of the Fern to make it look substantial in your pot arrangement. However they are of good quality & realistic.”

“Not as realistic as I thought it would be (Mini leaf trailing plant ) but once in situ trailing from top of bathroom cabinet it looks really nice because of the small size of leaves. Pleased with it.”

“The window boxes we ordered were faulty in that the foam had expanded over the top of the boxes. However, Evergreen Direct were contacted, they were most apologetic and offered either to replace them or, if I could remedy the problem myself, offered cash compensation (which I accepted). In other words, notwithstanding the original problem which is unlikely to happen again, the after sales service received was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend this company.”

“Great product we will certainly order more. Feedback: offer Saturday as a standard option on your website - the majority of people in the country do not stay home all day 9-5 and have to work for a living! Your staff kindly arranged this for me but would be better to pick it as a standard option. Secondly, the small stones which needed to be added to the pot were super slimy and hard to pour in without spilling. Wouldn’t it be easier to do this at your end and then just package tightly? Would have been a better “out of box experience””

Good morning and thankyou for your feedback which we always try to listen to. Unfortunately we could not offer Saturday delivery as standard as our couriers Saturday delivery charges are quite hefty. Regarding the pre-glued stones, the stones are coated in glue so will always be a litle slimey when coming out of the bag, it is quite simply a case of snipping the corner of the bag and pouring onto the top of your planter where you would normally see the soil. Over the years we have found it much better to do this in the final position of the display as sometimes if we were to put the stones on top before dispatch and the planter got knocked in transit, a few stones may become loose and damage the planters. I hope this goes someway to explaining your queries.
