“I recived a email saying my order was dispatched 10 days ago and it still hasnt arrived. When I contacted company on Saturday to get tracking number they gave me it and said it was in transit but when I went onto Royal mail track and trace there was no information available so unless they have a crystal ball I don't know how they knew it was in transit.”

Hi Michelle I see from the Royal Mail website that your earrings arrived and were signed for this morning . As we stated on Saturday Royal Mail parcels are sometimes running a little late due to COVID-19 as well as current lockdown restrictions. We know the parcel left on 16th November (uplifted by Royal Mail) and we are also really disappointed that it took longer than normal but this unfortunately is outwith our control. “Got the watch for my mum and she loves it cheered her up big time the oly thing I was disappointed with was the £6 delivery and to find out the shop was only walking distance from the house could have collected it and saved £6”

“I was disappointed and upset today at being asked to pay £3.50 for a small standard gift box or if required £7.50 to have the item gift wrapped. As I purchased two items totalling £219.00 I would have expected the boxes to have been provided as a matter of courtesy. I have emailed Eternity to voice my complaint. Mrs Ann McPherson address has been forwarded with my email”

Hi Ann I have read your review and can confirm we have not yet received your email. We are truly sorry however that you felt disappointment at being asked to purchase your gift boxes/bags. Our Company takes pride in the true value we offer to customers and we do not include the packaging posts to ensure we remain super competitive on price. I do agree however that after spending £219 you would not expect to be charged for the gift box and gift bag. Please email your address and we will gladly post out to you the complimentary packaging. “The jewellery I purchased was beautiful. Only downside was I couldn't track my parcel. Luckily I was in the day it arrived. It came earlier than expected too, so i was very happy with that. But would 100% recommend for the jewellery”

“Beautiful earrings, excellent price and speedy service. The gift box was very very small although lovely, I had to purchase a larger one separately to place the tiny box inside to make it look presentable to give as a gift.Thank you.”

“I ordered from Eternity the Jewellers during the COVID 19 pandemic, The parcel came a few days later however the packaging was a little damaged when royal mail had attempted to put the package through the letterbox. Eternity the Jewellers made sure that the risk of damage to the product was extremely low, The gift was in excellent condition despite the packing being broken by the postal service. I highly recommend Eternity the Jewellers :)”
