I was disappointed and upset today at being asked to pay £3.50 for a small standard gift box or if required £7.50 to have the item gift wrapped. As I purchased two items totalling £219.00 I would have expected the boxes to have been provided as a matter of courtesy. I have emailed Eternity to voice my complaint.
