“Quite unhelpful. On a previous occasion, when trying to book an appointment, I was told that they don’t make appointments for tyres and I should just turn up, which is fair enough. On this occasion, I did just that, expecting to be able to leave the car with them until it could be fixed. I got the impression that I was a major inconvenience. I was told that the tyre I needed is not in stock (which I expected), but worse, cannot even be ordered in from anywhere. I had to drive my car back home with a flat tyre. I then made phone calls to Kwik-Fit and Blackcircles, and both were able to get the tyre I needed for the same day or next day. It felt like Elite could surely have done the same had they really wanted to. I then ordered the tyre from Blackcircles to be delivered and fitted at Elite, two days later. Elite promptly rejected the order, claiming that they did not have time on the date (a date which presumably they had offered). I then got the tyre from Kwik fit down the road for the same day. Overall, a disappointing experience that inconvenienced us considerably. Surprising as we have used Elite many times previously and been happy.”

“I ordered on line to have two tyres fitted. Was given a day and AM, turned up to be greeted by a very happy polite gentleman. A younger man fitted the tyres, and he was courteous and well mannered as well as being competent. I would always return as this garage has always been dependable, and price wise is very competitive.”

“I had a slow puncture caused by a nail, and a few days later my wife had a flat tyre caused by a leak at the wheel rim. Both sorted out straight away very efficiently and at a good price”

“I unexpectedly found my car with a punctured tyre and I was near to Elite garages and despite not having an appointment they managed to fix with the problem within a couple of hours and the staff were courteous and helpful.”

“I read good reviews and booked a service. I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Gary who was very polite and friendly, Elite Garage called me up a couple hours later of giving my car in and told me to collect. I would highly recommend elite. It's really good to know you can put faith in your local garage men, and he will still deliver. Honest, trusting, garage, thanks, guys”

“This week my tyre pressure warning light flagged up. I game to the petrol station to fill up but the machine was broken. Elite garages filled up my tyres free of charge and told me my PSI. At 35 weeks pregnant this service and kindness was much appreciated”
